We have bought several items from Furniture Village in the past and always been impressed with the price and quality. Our latest visit to the Tamworth branch was for a new dining room set. We were allowed to wander round before being greeted by Akram. He was very pleasant, informative and best of all not pushy in any way. There is nothing worse than being pounced on by a salesman as soon as you enter a store and being subjected to the hard-sell. None of that here. Akram was extremely patient (you have to be with us) and we completed a sale with the minimum of fuss. Well done.

On moving to a new house with a blank canvas Furniture Village had great options for our dining room furniture. On finding the set we liked Matt was fabulous with giving us great detail of the options of extending the table to cleaning & what could be put directly on table & not such as high temperatures. Great customer service with being polite, friendly & knowledgeable.
