Helpful salesperson without being pushy.

Knowledgeable sales staff and helped us in coming to a decision without being pushy. Good variety of stock on display.

The sofa was delivered very quickly. The delivery team arrived with no fuss, although there are a set of steep steps which weren’t a problem. The assembly was incredibly quick (15 mins) start to finish. Excellent service, excellent product.

My experiance was ok but the sales man was a bit ott and didnt realy seem to be listening to what i was saying ..just wanted the sale i think .i did purchuse a sofa but the experiance reminded me of buying a car from a showroom not a piece of furnture ,if that makes sence

I knocked it down to a 2 star after finding out my sofa has arrived with the wrong buttons in it .have them sorting it ..but went to speak to tim the sales man and he didnt seem to care at all and turned his back on me and walked off twxting on his phone ...i will get it sorted but do t expect yhe slaes man who sold it to give a toss once its deliverd this was taunton store

We have visited Furniture Village Taunton on several occasions and have purchased many items.
On our visit on Monday 26th Jan we found the staff helpful with regards to purchase and delivery

Buying a dining table should not be this much fun!
Michael Bygrave is a very good sales person; funny, warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
We visited the Taunton store to browse, and left with a deposit paid on a rather lovely dining table and chairs! Well done Mike!

Gary served us in the Taunton store today. He was so kind , honestly and genuinely lovely! Great experience and ended up getting the sofa we wanted. Definitely recommend and thanks again Gary :) :)

The purchase was straightforward and I felt I was given good information to make an informed decision. The bed was delivered and assembled by Sancho and Kris. Shancho and Kris did an excellent job assembling the bed and placing it in the desired location. They were professional and courteous and explained everything that was required. These guys were a great advert for the company.

I was allowed to view items without someone hovering around, but when I want help sales person very efficient.

Friendly greeting on entering the store by an assistant. As I knew the sofa I was looking for, we were directed to the appropriate assistant, Tim. I cannot fault Tim's knowledge and helpfulness, and whilst we discussed options, etc, we were offered a delicious hot chocolate.
Tim was extremely diligent in explaining clearly all the necessary information regarding our purchases; and gave us all the time we needed to complete the sale. Lovely purchases and great service.

Only went into shop to browse saw a bed and 3 piece what we liked and we spent 45 minutes and did not get hassled by pushy sales people which is very important to me. My wife and I approached Michael Bygrave who was very polite and helpful and had a very good knowledge of products. Landed up making a purchase
