Came into the Taunton branch looking for a new sofa and was met by Alex.

She was excellent with her knowledge of the sofa we liked and very friendly,approachable and down to earth. We went to some other stores to look at prices but came back as the sofa was the one for us and Alex sorted the sale and delivery to suit us. A credit to the store AAA++

Very good experience throughout from sales in January to delivery from Plymouth, of the mattress. Jay and Matthew could not have been more helpful and they installed the mattress on the bed without any prompting, Quick, courteous and altogether very pleasant.

Sales Consultant, Adam Metcalfe went over and above to assist us but without being pushy. He explained everything clearly and was very amiable.

We purchased a 3 seater without the media console and were told the centre section would be a seat not told that it would be delivered as a 2 seater. Very disappointed. Ruined our whole living room seating arrangement, Store not interested in helping at all. If we had known we would not have bought this product

Showroom staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our selection and buying process, especially Gary. Delighted with our purchase and the service we received.

Went to the shop in taunton to try and look at the item fantastic to be able to try and look at items then come away and decide and order on line never get rid of the stores so helpful to try before you buy have purchased a lot from your company over the years fantastic staff

Paige was amazing. Paige was the 3rd person we spoke to and the only one who actually did what the others said they would ie refer our case to the engineers. Was really helpful to Sharon my wife. Stayed on the line whilst she contacted the engineers dept. We really can't fault her service the customer service professional that all other staff should really strive to achieve and Furniture Village should be proud to have somebody like Paige as an employee. Well done Paige. You have restored our faith in Furniture Village customer service.
