Disgusting ,only care about taking your money once they have it ,they dont care .

Hi i spent over £15000 on new furniture for my house. In 9 months rust has apeared on my dinning table coffee table.

Bollts falling out of dinnimg chairs and other things on sofa .

Got in touch with customer service and they say its are fault for using a damp cloth not a dry cloth.

We was.told.by the staff and all over their web site use a damp cloth but thats are fault.

Ounce again its are fault not theirs,

Just like every big company use to be customer was looked after abd know all they want is your money.

My biggest advice is use a local smaller company who might look after you but it feels like they don't care.

Still fighting to get this resloved.

I was assisted by Michael Bygrave. He was super helpful and patient. He was happy to go back and forth between a couple of options. Delivery in less than a week too! Michael made it a really easy experience.

When I was buying furniture the service was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble and I reviewed accordingly.
Since then I have tried to get product support. Live chat is a joke. Impossible to get through on the phone. An email got me a call from the sales team saying someone would ring me. They haven't. My next email got no response. They don't accept complaints via Resolver.
My advice is check your delivery very carefully as if there is an issue after that, help is not forthcoming.

was told our £6000 would be guaranteed delivery within 11 weeks some 14 weeks later we are still waiting no updates from tFurniture village unless we contact them do the after sale service is pretty poor
we were told when we first ring after 11 weeks that it would be delivered on 27tb March nothing came them called again and told 2nd April it is not 4th April and still nothing arrived and no communication from Furniture Village

the young lady named Lola was extremly pleasent to speak to she new what she was doing and very helpful in finding my invoice that i a was unable to locate myself,she listen to my problem and she organise the technition that was need to sort my problem, Lola is a credit to your system thank you Lola,sign john merrick

Waited 4 months for delivery with very little communication when the 2 wardrobes finally arrived one was not built properly and needed replacing now have to wait another 4-6 weeks
Would never shop here again

The agent was really helpful, I felt heard and valued.

We are very pleased with the suite. And the delivery was on time and plenty of texts keeping us informed of delivery time.

I cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very welcoming and extremely pleasant and sorted out issues out that we had our end with delivery dates and kept us fully informed. Although a little more transparency would be useful regarding fabric.
The store itself is light, bright and well set out.
Unfortunately the sofa is a huge disappointment. Delivery was 3rd March and in less than a week scuff marks have appeared where it reclines, as well as a couple of other scuffs, which to me implies the fabric is not fit for purpose, I wish we'd been told the delicate nature of it.
Also very disappointed to learn that had we looked in the showroom and then bought online, we would have so many more rights.
If bought in store you seem to have none and are at the mercy of customer care. We are having someone come to look at it but I'm expecting to be told it's our fault.
It's a shame a good shopping experience has been marred by the product.

I wish I read the reviews before we bought our sofas. I think we’ve made a huge expensive mistake. We waited 3 months and the order was wrong only one 3 seater delivered, the 2 seater was the wrong material. 6 months later we’re still waiting for the 2 seater. The leather 3 seater is already showing signs of ware and tear, seats are losing their shape. Scuffs very easily and there are only 2 adults in the household. Just awful, wish we never bought from them.

Chandani |(Customer Services) listened initially to what I had to say, then put me on hold whilst she reviewed my order and issues. Chandani then articulated well what she was going to do and detailed what I, and my local store, would receive.
The promised email detailing our conversation arrived whilst we were connected.

The sales person at Taunton answered all my questions and helped me bake the right choices.
My sofas were ready in less time than anticipated.
The delivery personnel Sancho and Kris were thoughtful and polite. They treated me and my home with respect, worked quickly and left the house tidy.
