Salesperson Shane was superb. He had an impressive command of the product details and shared them in a way that felt natural and genuinely helpful, never like he was pushing for a sale. His approach was calm, informed, and respectful, giving me the space to make my own decision while still feeling fully supported. It’s clear he takes pride in understanding his customers and guiding them without any pressure, which made the whole experience far more enjoyable and reassuring.

WE went out looking for sofa and recliner chair. Tried 4 furniture shops local, then went to lakeside looked in 4 shops ones we liked 4 months waiting, It's a joke. Just giving up and we saw furniture village never been to that one before they had just what we wanted. Quick delivery and Tanvil was the best salesman out of all the stores. No pressure,very helpfull, nice to talk to. We should have gone there first and will only use that store in the future. Well done Tan and thank you
