Paula at Lakeside was extremely helpful and polite and took time to make sure we were happy with our purchase .The coffee was lovely

visited the store with my mother to choose a sofa and chair .
Was warmly greeted by Alex Coles who inquired our needs who advised us on various brands and was given lots of space and time to ponder ask questions .

Given refreshments as we must of been in the store for 2 hrs .

Alex had top knowledge of all the brands , design , fabrics , build , springs , extras , lead time , just impressive and confident .

We purchased what my mother liked but we had to amend the order next day with Alex due to a 3 seater being too big which was our fault ,. Alex changed the order to a 2 seater no problem at all .
Very professional service and felt in good hands .

Alex welcomed us warmly, and Mohammed looked after us throughout our visit. Mohammed was absolutely amazing- he guided us professionally, provided excellent advice, and delivered outstanding customer service. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Jon was very helpful and showed us a range of different tv units and sideboards and offered us refreshments. There was a range of great products for good prices and we were able to find what we needed.

My experience was very seamless. We were helped by Laura and she was very very helpful and supportive throughout the process. She did not make me feel pressured into making a decision and even allowed me to go away and decide without feeling bad.
I really appreciate her help. Her customer service was top tier and thanks to her I was able to find the sofa I needed.

Paula helped us by showing many different type of dining tables and chairs, she was very helpful and also very professional in her approach to guide us in the right direction, we spent a long time deciding which one would be right for our home, she was very helpful, so I would recommend going there as her customer service skills were excellent.

Went in the Thurrock Store and was greeted by Shane. The level of understanding and product knowledge was the best I have ever experience. We will 100% be back to see Shane and purchase our furniture. Shane is a huge asset to Furniture Village.
