I would have given 4 stars but after being given a delivery date only one sofa was delivered and we had to wait a further week for the other sofa to be delivered. The delivery drivers were very professional and polite and are a credit to your company

Paid thousands upfront based on a promised 7–14 day delivery timeframe. Part of the order arrived, but our table and chairs have been "in transit" for almost 3 weeks and nobody can tell us where they are.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we have been advised the items are not coming from overseas, so it is difficult to understand how they can remain "in transit" for such a prolonged period without anyone being able to provide a meaningful update or delivery date.

Every time we contact customer services, we receive the same vague response but no actual update, delivery date, or resolution. The lack of communication has been unacceptable.

If Furniture Village cannot locate the items, they should be taking action to replace them rather than leaving customers in limbo. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

We have now formally escalated the matter and hope to receive a meaningful update and resolution as soon as possible.

Mohammed Ali at Lakeside was a wonderful guide from when we entered the Lakeside store. He helped us select our dining furniture. We were really happy with his manner and service. Definitely recommend a visit.

The person we saw was OK but delivery was not do good one of the legs was broken on the bed not sure delivery people broke it or at the where house done it but not a good experience so until we get the leg done can't give a proper review

Muhammed at Thurrock provided outstanding service

We have been looking at furniture for several months, and had researched many product on line and in store, so had a focused idea of what we wanted. Our warm and welcoming sales consultant Suzette Williams, we were never pressured, allowed and encouraged to browse on our own, but she was there with advise when needed her knowledge of the products was excellent. We have been in other furniture shops but every visit felt most comfortable, welcomed and not ‘pounced on’ by any staff in Furniture Village. Due to the service we received we purchased a sofa and chair.

Thurrock store have a great showroom. We walked around no hassle. Then met up with a lovely salesperson Paula. She took time to explain everything and gave us a written quotation. We went home made some final measurements then called her paid deposit. Job done. Very satisfied thank you.
