Furniture Village - Worcester Reviews 

Rebecca Cox chatted through my options. I didn’t feel pressurised or hurried which was nice. Ricardo was also helpful.

We visited Furniture Village in Worcester to look for a new mattress. The staff were very friendly, but not "in your face", they gave us space to wonder around and try mattresses. Lovely Charlie was available to talk when we had questions. He was knowledge and gave us advice re different mattresses, without pushing for a specific one. When we've chosen the mattress we both liked, the sale went smoothly. Charlie was able to give us additional discount, including pillows (buy 1, get one free).
We would really recommend Furniture Village in Worcester. We may be back there later in the year to look for a new sofa.

Placed an order in Worcester in October paid deposit,numerous emails ,phonecall they just wont answer, no update ,nothing !

I was given excellent service at Furniture Village Worcester, Elgar Retail Park by Sales Consultant James Hyland. The store is really well laid out, beautiful displays helping customers imagine how items may be grouped in their own homes and James was very knowledgable about the products on sale. I was interested in sofas and he helped me reach a decision on which would suit me. He offered detailed information, advised on leather care and explained optional features. I really appreciated his friendly, patient and helpful manner. I am very happy with my choice and looking forward now to taking delivery.

Firstly, there was no hard sell. Just helpful and well informed staff. I like that approach. James, who looked after us, was great. Not pushy, very friendly and with good product knowledge.

This store must be a smaller one as it didn't have the full range of products you see on FV website, but what was there was well presented and layout was good.

She was really charming, knowledgeable, professional, patient and very helpful in helping us to choose the right bed and mattress for us. Many thanks.

Was in and out got served very quickly . Ordered what I wanted .. I for got to ask for my order number so I could track furniture but called up and got it straight away

The shop is lovely. The staff were friendly and didn't keep pestering you. The sales assistant Rob who we did ask for help was great,left us alone until we were ready. We bought a sofa eventually! Nice relaxed experience. Will shop there again.

The sales consultant demonstrated excellent product knowledge and assisted us to make our choice of mattress. He was polite and professional in his approach. We didn’t feel under pressure to complete the purchase until we were entirely satisfied with our choice.

We were helped by Giorgia, very helpful and a credit to the store!

Very good service would have liked a bit more a discount as we did buy a few item
