I couldn’t be happier with my new sofa, and it’s all thanks to Emma – she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Emma took the time to really understand what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured into a decision. Her advice was so helpful and tailored to my space and needs, and her knowledge about the different sofa styles, materials and features was impressive. She went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect fit, answering all my questions patiently and providing great support throughout the whole process.

Emma is a true credit to the company – her professionalism and wonderful customer service really set the standard for what great retail should be. I’d highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping for furniture here, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Having visited several times to find the right sofa we have always felt welcomed and at ease when visiting. Plenty of staff are available to offer help and advice in a low pressure and low key environment. No hard sell and no pushy sales people, just a friendly chat about furniture. Emma made the buying process simple which is commendable as we changed our minds many many times!!

We experienced very good customer service from Ricardo at the Worcester branch. We also received very similar customer service at an other Furniture Village store in Cheltenham when we purchased a sofa last autumn.
The staff show an interest in their customers and the products are good value for money.

Professional and knowledgeable

Enjoyed our shopping experience at the Worcester branch. Fresh coffee & cookies were a bonus! The sales consultant, Rob Jones, was very helpful and not too pushy which was refreshing! He ordered fabric samples to be delivered to our home. We then placed an order a couple of weeks later. Just waiting for the sofas to be delivered.

Rob was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, he talked us through everything and left us to make a decision which is nice as had being pressured. He also made us a drink and gave us some cookies which was a lovely touch.

We visited Furniture Village in Worcester to look for a new mattress. The staff were very friendly, but not "in your face", they gave us space to wonder around and try mattresses. Lovely Charlie was available to talk when we had questions. He was knowledge and gave us advice re different mattresses, without pushing for a specific one. When we've chosen the mattress we both liked, the sale went smoothly. Charlie was able to give us additional discount, including pillows (buy 1, get one free).
We would really recommend Furniture Village in Worcester. We may be back there later in the year to look for a new sofa.
