My experience with furniture village fantastic, easy to deal with. Fast delivery, quality is outstanding would 100% recommend. The guys in the shop were not pushy & took time to explain every aspect of my purchase. The delivery service guys were very respectful of my home. 10/10 for Furniture Village personnel at Worcester & Bristol thank you all.

Excellent service from Ricardo at Worcester, made the buying experience a pleasure. A refreshing change in today’s world. Hopefully delivery will be in the 6 week timeframe to tie in with a house move.

Adam at the Worcester Blackpole branch was very helpful and it was an easy sale for us he let us decide without pressure , even made us a tea , he was also very informative about products and matching furniture.

The time scale of delivery was as expected. The delivery men, Kyle &Sean were careful and polite. I went to the Worcester branch and Bex was the perfect salesperson. She was there when I needed information but not in the least bit pushy and was friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time choosing what I hope will be my perfect bed , a Harrison Spinks, and didn’t feel rushed. I look forward to it’s arrival and hope the rest of the process will go as smoothly.
