Really good service

Really good service , my delivery was so quick and my sofa was 10/10 quality and definitely worth more then what i bought it for , would buy furniture from here again 100%.

A friendly and knowledgeable sales team…

A friendly and knowledgeable sales team providing a excellent after sales service by a director of the company who delivered and assembled the table. the solid wood table is better than I expected, in fact great value. My one criticism is the chair legs would look and feel better if 4mm thicker

The customers service was phomonal

The customers service was phomonal. Faz was amazing without him the moving in to my property wouldn't be great. At first he was given the order incorrect by the agent . Bless him he went way above and beyond to drop the mattress of to me. The company are very loyal to there customers. It's like they care and show great service.

Took my money and rang 3 days later

Took my money and rang 3 days later, to tell me they had run out of stock, then refunded my money back to a pay in 3, who won't send my money back, waste of time, an online store who don't have there stock connected to there selling system, muppets

Website is a lie,

I ordered some chairs a week ago, they even got marked that they were sent, but every time I asked they were supposedly not sent. So something strange I thought.
Today I get a messages that they haven't even got the chairs in stock,
Took a week to let me know
So no idea if I even get my money back,
Like they constantly lied, the website is a lie and the idea they can deliver anywhere in UK is probably a lie.
So I cannot use my kitchen, just having sit in my bed, cannot have dinners, and I won't be getting any chairs. . And my money has gone.

I bought online, read the reviews here, seems unless you go in the store the website is a lie. As I bought thru the shop app, and it's marked delivered I don't get my money back. Please be aware of this don't make the mistake I did

I was phoned once after I had done this review
I was messaged early Sunday morning via the message system on your website that they were not able to find the items I ordered a week after I had placed the order
I had asked twice and it's on record in your website, both times I was told they were busy packaging it, and in Friday I was told they were thinking about a Sunday delivery.
Due to circumstances beyond my control I did not see the message sent Sunday that there was no sign of any stick and they had no idea what they had in stock...
So I reckon you don't run your business very well if you have no correct stock control, businesses always have stock control, I have run successful businesses and also been managers and I have been head hunted for jobs. So I know quite a bit
And you are calling me a liar when I have asked twice, I don't use phones as I don't fully have speech due to a severe disability but I used the messenger to talk to your staff as clearly you have no idea what's been going on.
Now you called me a liar.
When there is evidence.
Is that customer service?
You had no stock control again that is not my fault.
And for questioning my intelligence I think I have more marbled than you think

I have now took screenshots if the conversations of me asking about the order and it also marked as delivery and I am happy to submit these to trust pilot as the evidence doesn't lie.
I did this review before someone finally rang me, but as it's never progressed further I am am not taking my review down as I haven been called a liar yet I have took pictures of my conversation with your staff as if you had read the message thread you would not be calling me a liar. Which is not very business like, and I am only telling the truth if which I am happy to submit this evidence should trust pilot want it.

I hope you're well. We had spoken to you on two occasions, several hours ago and a few days ago discussing your order. We had spoken on the phone and you were happy to wait for other chairs to become available to you. We have no idea why your tune has changed all of a sudden.

You never asked if they were sent as we had informed you first. Furthermore, you were told on the phone that a refund option is available to you so please don't state that we are lying.

Judging by the numerous negative reviews left by yourself for other establishments, maybe you're just upset. If only we could post pictures of our website chat as proof but unfortunately we cannot as this option is not available. If you're just writing a bad review for the sake of it that's fine. We have no interest in keeping your £150, our reputation as an honest family business is much more valuable. We're more than happy to issue a refund, please let us know how you'd like to proceed. Many thanks.

Bought chairs from this company. We already had two and needed another two to have a set. Wanted specifically of this style. We've been looking all over online. Found just here. Quick delivery, absolutely identical to ours. Amazing customer service . Very happy! Thank you.

As good as all the buyers reviews…

As good as all the buyers reviews are,as a seller, it wasn't as good. communication is poor as to when item will be collected. I am still waiting for a collection day and time from them since 8th apr. It is now 26th. I don't want to see it broken down, a Welsh dresser, and put into the bins so have now arranged for it to be collected from BHF.

Amazing price, options, and customer service!

Bought 2 mattresses and a ottoman bed
I am the kind of person that browses the whole internet and stores to find the best deals. And I couldn't find anything cheaper and better quality than these guys. Surprisingly, a small store but have a great range of suppliers, options and choices. The person who served me really went out of their way to find a bed with a long list of specifications to meet. I had guests coming from Spain and I didn't have a bed in the spare room, these guys delivered a custom-made bed in 4 days! Easy, hassle-free transactions and delivery too.
