Excellent e bike
Excellent e bike - had problem after 825 miles, but was soon fixed and back on the road.
Just what I needed
Well packaged e-bike, arrived in excellent condition. No assembly necessary, just reflectors to fit. This bike is exactly what I needed for my commute, and has met my expectations on my first ride.
Great value for money!
The Furo X is great value from the Outlet. It's nice and light so I can fit it under my desk at work, and stops me getting sweaty on the way home!
Customer service was more than helpful
Customer service was more than helpful. A minor problem was dealt with immediately. We are delighted with the bikes
Top bike
I recently purchased one of the refurbished bikes on their site, on recommandations of a friend. I had many questions and concerns, as I wanted to ensure the bike would suit my needs, despite the fact that it is pre owned, and the customer service was simply great. Jess was prompt, always helpful and very patient with me. I was surprised to receive emails even after working hours mentioned on the website! The bike did arrive slightly later than expected, however it's a top bike and just what I wanted. It was a good bargain too!
Terrible service.
Terrible service.
Bike arrived so damaged it was unrideable.
It was also more than 4 months late despite endless promises.
Numerous emails, never offered a refund.
'fixed' but still extensive damage.
Informed Manzi at furoSystems that I was not happy paying full price for a refurbished bike.
Side stepped the conversation for months despite chasing.
The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
Please don't part with your money.
Save it or spend it on someone who respects their customer.
It's been nearly 12months since I first purchased it and I still don't have the full product.
Ignored and in breech of my consumer rights
I have been in contact back and forth with fury since December trying to get a refund for my bike. the battery pack holder melted and caused the bike to stop working, I sent it for repair. it happened again, twice. I then exorcized my final right to reject, a right outlined in the consumer rights act of 2015. I requested a refund for the bike and after some back and forth the agreed they would collect the bike and to this day they have not. the last I heard from them was Feb 23rd. they are in direct breech of the consumer rights act and at this point have been wrongfully with holding my money from me for 5 months now. absolutely do not trust this company with your money or your safety as 2 of the 3 times the battery died on me put me in very real danger and they have not given a hoot about it. I am writing this review (my second review for the company) not only to warn you off of trusting this company but as a last ditch attempt to get this matter sorted before having to involve the small claims court.

I pay 650 pounds for Fuze scooter to used geast 50km ,I keep 3 months unchanged, and now I have to buy a new battery for replacement. The cost almost 400 pounds, no good .
And the product is still in warranty.
FuroSystems Fuze Max
Please be aware and do not make the same mistake as me as I have been robbed blind by FuroSystems which costed me £799.00. Their customer service is horrible as well as attempting to get hold of them on the phone where instead you have to send an email and await a reply back. Upon purchasing the Fuze Max Scooter it has not even been a year and the item has broken down on me whereas the £ 799.00 product is sitting in a room with me not being able to use it or to enjoy it. All of their information regarding this product is not clear and there is more misinformation on their manual. I contacted FuroSystems to report the product stopped working for no reason and FuroSystems without physically inspecting the product immediately informed me via email that the battery cells have died due to the product not being kept at least 40% or 60% per cent charge for which this was not clearly displayed or put in plain English in their manual to say that one must be aware and ensure that you must be kept charged at the above level when not in use. It gives you a false hope that you can safely purchase an item from them with the fact that you have peace of mind because of the two years warranty. However, when it comes to addressing this issue to the company and explaining that I was not made aware nor does it clearly state this in their manual or marked in red in plain English to that its clear they are asking me to pay for a second hand battery which will set me up another £300.00. It is disgusting and I am so angry and disappointing that the level of support and customer service is awful and that they find any reason to not arrange to pick up the scooter and investigate and let alone fix a product that I believe its flawed and is sold on a false pretence

Just received my new FX Battery and my bike is now working 100% again. It`s taken just a week to receive it and the package arrived perfectly. I have my Furo X for 4 years now and I really love it, this was the first issue I had so far. Thanks a lot FURO team for all support once again!
Had to wait but overall i’m happy
Bit of an initial wait for the Furo X folding E-bike - correspondence via email was polite and helpful but a little slower than I’d have liked - however now it’s arrived i’m very happy.
The bike itself is sleek, the folding mechanism is very easy and great for creating more space in the garage !I will say though that the battery indicator can be a bit misleading at times as it changes depending what speed you’re on and what gear you’re peddling in - a battery warning would be nice.
Overall i’m happy and looking forward to the summer months where I can make the most out of it
Excellent service
After 1000 miles over the last few months I took my bike in for a service. I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the work carried out.
Also special thanks to the lovely mechanic Tony who explained how I could keep my bike running in top shape.
My furo
Been riding the Furo X for around 2 weeks now, it's a nice way to get around London.
Awful company
Awful company, avoid unless you like wasting time ( lots of it) and money.
From day one has been problems (far to many to list), took 4 weeks of calls and many many emails until they finaly took bike back for a supposed repair. After a long wait bike returned in worse condition and un ridable. Have since spent almost a month trying to get money back under my consumer rights but they say they DONT do refunds. Im now in the process of a section 75 claim and smalll claims court as they refuse to aswer any emails or calls. Avoid avoid avoid.
Update that furo systems have now agreed to a full refund, so i will be taking the bike back soon. Thank you.
* So after more than a week since the bike was returned personally by me in slighty better condition than when i received it & with the promiseof a full refund by the next day, I'm still waiting for any kind of refund or acknowledgment. Make your own mind up if you want to risk £2000 of your hard earned money with this company.
Latest update is that I'm still being messed around 4 months after first trying to get a refund. The worrying thing is they have my bike and all of my money but still cant do the legally correct thing and pay me back my £2000. I guess the only good thing is that if this goes to court the judge will see all the evidence and rule in my favour and probably award costs and my train tickets ( no bike have to get the train) back for the past 3 months.

Arrived damaged and unusable
The Furo X Max ordered in August finally arrived on 28 December. However, it arrived damaged (scratches and some chipped paint), presumably occurring during transit. Moreover, the locking mechanism to secure the frame would not engage so the bike was unusable. We immediately contacted Furo sending photos of the damage and the latch mechanism.
Now a reputable company would have asked for the defective product to be returned and then supplied a new one. Failing that they would suggest taking it to a bicycle repair shop and they would cover the costs of the repairs. Unfortunately this was not the case.
They suggested an adjustment to the latch. That didn’t work as the part fouling the pin was not adjustable - clearly visible on the photos. They then suggested, and eventually supplied, a new latch. Once we fitted that the bike frame did lock in place. Comparison of the two latches shows that the faulty one has a different shape and dimensions.
How a folding bike that could not be locked into place was ever sent out to a customer has not been explained. That is the most fundamental operation and if that is a reflection of their quality control then we wonder what has actually been tested and whether the bike is even safe to ride.
Email correspondence with customer support has been polite but very slow. They appear to expect the customer to carry out the repairs but do not supply the necessary tools. They can’t even supply paint and a repair kit for the damage.
For the inconvenience and damage they have offered £30, less than 2% of the purchase price. Naturally we do not consider this adequate, as for such a ‘shop soiled’ product the normal discount would be 10-20%. We would prefer to have a new, pristine, working bike, and have asked for this.
We last wrote 10 days ago and have still not received a reply.
We certainly will never purchase anything from this company ever again.
Excellent ebike at a great price !
I found the experience of purchasing my Aventa as excellent as the bike .
It’s given me a new found freedom to get out and go further . Great assistance from the motor when needed and not too heavy to use the bike without it.
Delivery was very quick with full tracking , building the bike was very easy and I’ve done over 50 miles in the first week . Great value as well.
The bike will now be used for everyday use and longer leisure trips .
Overall pleased but many little niggles
I have been using my Furox for a year now. I like way the bike rides but I have had quite a few annoyances with it.
Battery lock broke, repaired by Furosystems
Lost a front wheel spoke, repaired by Furosystems
Had a very creaky back wheel caused by loose spokes, took it to a bike shop to have them tightened
Some if the top bit of the battery has broken off.
Now one of the peddles is feeling unstable worried that that will break soon.
Front light the batteries move around so it cuts out.
Generally a quality bike but it is a shame that it was not checked in the UK before being sent out, the spoke and gear tuning issues, and poor quality extras.
Furo-X performance.
Took for ever to eventually be despatched, due to Covid etc, but a great product when it finally arrived. Easy to ride, although a bit weary of the steering handling, which feels a little light. My Lycra clad colleagues had a few problems keeping up with my leisurely ride! The indicator handlebar switch is not fit for purpose and needs redesigning. Too loose, too hard to operate with gloves on, not bright enough to communicate with rider when on.
Bike finally arrived, incomplete and ignored.
I ordered my furo X back in August and didn't receive it until the 23rd of December. I was excited to finally receive my bike but was disappointed to find it missing the electronic indicator system on the battery. I have tried to reach out to furo and have been ignored, I have still not riden the bike. Based on my experience so far, their customer service is lacking and I couldn't recommend them.
