I have made several purchases from Future Shop and had reason to contact them by phone on both occasions the help was concise and helpful.
I also find their website particularly good, especially when accessing it from a Smartphone which can be tricky particularly when you have big fingers. The product range is extensive well priced. Should I need to make further purchases I shall not hesitate to return and I recommend them unreservedly

VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM ' THE FUTURE SHOP'
I have ordered Speaker Cable and RCA Interconnects from The Future Shop before and have always found them to give an excellent and quick service, with cables being expertly terminated. My latest purchase was for a repeat pair of the excellent Chord Clearway Speaker Cable to allow me to Bi-Wire my Speakers. I'm trying this out to find whether Bi-Wiring does makes a difference to the sound via an integrated Amp (Cyrus 8.2 DAC), compared with a single pair of cables I am using now.

Just one problem, i should have ordered a different cable so called and the advice and after sales service was everything i could ask for. This company offers superb service and really knows there stuff. I know quite a bit about leads and Av technology and with there help just confirmed my thoughts with long HDMI cables. I purchased a Chord high quaility HDMI cable which was not suitable at passing 4K signals. My projector would not sync properly, had the cable for over 60 days and they kindly offered to take it back for a shorter Audoquest cable which works superb. Projector stays locked on problem solved.
If you could give this company a 10 star rating they deserve it.

In four years I made 20 transactions …
In four years I made 20 transactions through FutureShop. I bought the products with stoPt. In the last two orders, I kept them for 1.5 months and then they sent the products incompletely and I received 04,03,2017 products still did not reach the elite 20 times. I do not want to do it I have been 5 months and I am very victimized
As usual, shopping mails picked up in front of me no tracking, but this time I did not send the victims and I am definitely not buying from Future Shop
