It’s not just the sale, but the service too.
I recently accepted that my much abused HP laptop was no longer equipped to handle the tasks I was imposing on it, and I needed to upgrade. My major use of a PC is video editing and more work is with high bitrate 4K. After researching I decided that a Dell XPS15 with 4K screen would offer me the best performance/price ratio.
After scouring the various suppliers I came across a listing on Amazon for the very machine I wanted, albeit refurbished. The price was right and so I made the order. The laptop arrived the following lunchtime and on initial inspection it appeared to be in A+ condition, or like new. Unfortunately I soon found the performance seemed to be very low for what the claimed specification was. I found that the system was only showing the Intel Graphics intergraded GPU and not the additional Nvidia GPU. A quick call to Fyldirect explaining the issue and two working days later the laptop was returned and a replacement delivered.
A company shouldn’t be judged just on the sale but also on the post sale service and in this respect Fyldirect get full marks. Even in these very taxing times, especially for small businesses, Fyldirect were only concerned that I, the customer, received the best possible service and for this I’m very grateful.

Very unreliable company
Very unreliable company. Bought refurbished Dell Alienware Area 51 from them via Ebay. Immediately after turning it on, display started to flicker. Wanted to return the item, but they tried to convince me its easily fixable. Flickering stppped after restart and occurred only once per week. But after one month it started flickering again and never stppped. Tried to connect laptop to TV via HDMI port only to find out its not working at all! Brought laptop to professionals and they were amazed how "bowels" of this laptop looked like. Missing screws, damaged chips and so on. So before you buy anything from these guys, think twice! Definitely not worth your money.

Our engineers have over 30 year experience and our knowledge in my opinion is at the highest level. Not only do we sell Dell laptops through various channels , we do repairs for many IT / Computer companies.
This review represents 0.01% of what other customers say. WE have over 4000 reviews on EBay and a 99.9% rating. The only negative is from this customer.
As a company , we try our very best to help customers when things go wrong. Laptops and electronic equipment do fail from time to time or have issues. If we are given the chance to rectify / replace or refund then you will realise what an excellent company we are.
We don't respond to insults, and aggressive behaviour.
Terrible customer service
I have to say extremely bad customer service was given via the eBay shop. I sent a 1st offer for one of there laptops they were selling.
The offer was rejected however it was accompanied by a comment calling me stupid. It did not say "Stupid offer" it said stupid. I have the email chain saved.
The offer was a reasonable offer and have no problem with the offer being rejected, but putting accompanied petty comments calling a customer stupid shows you the level of customer service this business operates as they clearly don't care that much for potential customers. I would avoid these guys and look at the many other competitors who offer better prices and great service before making a final decision.

We offer the best service to our customers, this man is not a customer. His offer was below half the value of the laptop. The offer was rejected with a comment as 'stupid offer' Jack Turner took offence to that. We get 100's of people daily putting in ridiculous offers on products on Ebay.
We also have many customers daily who put in decent offers that either get accepted or countered with an offer that is agreeable. These people are our customers , who complete a transactions and then get the best service we can offer. Then go on to buy again and again.
99.9% reviews on eBay which is the hardest platform to sell on.
100% Amazon

I purchased a refurbished Alienware R4 17 laptop from this company via eBay before Xmas. On a Black Friday whim I brought a new SSD and went to change it - unfortunately there was a sticker stating warranty invalid if removed on the underside stopping me from accessing the internals (which I can understand on a refurbished item). I thought this would be it but enquired as to whether they had any approved dealers near to me that could do it without invalidating the warrant - they replied that they would be happy to swap the drives for me and the cost would just be the postage! They organised collection and were really quick to respond. All in all, an excellent experience and I would heartily recommend.
