You can change you server to a different game ANY TIME YOU WANT. Excellent customer service. The one time I had an issue with a server they hosted for me, I put in the help ticket, and their technical support rep found me on TWITCH and worked with me while I was live on stream until the problem was located and then resolved.

G-portal has prompt and excellent support. It is easy to set up and navigate. The pricing is the best and more fair than others.

Was having trouble starting a fs25 server. Amy G was absolutely tremendous with how quickly she helped me. Got back to me in minutes.

The interface of the website is very intuitive , and the server is very easy to set up. The performance of the server is what really impressed me and convinced me to stick with this host for a whole year now :) . Everything is handled efficiently and quick. Love it.

I was searching for a game server to play with friends. I found Gportal offers a very flexible and reliable system allowing for me to select number of players and just pay for those which is a great option. Best part of the Gportal experience was very attentive support. They replied to my tickets within hours and resolved them.

Great system, great support

I've had several servers with g-portal, and they're fantastic for getting up and running quick. If something is amiss (and these things will happen with pretty much any hosting service), their tech support is great about getting back to you ASAP with a fix.

Originally made a Palworld server for me and 6 friends. Initially the server performance was incredibly poor with lag and rubber banding.

A quick message to the support team and the server issues were fixed with some changes to hardware. Id like to thank Nicholas in particular for addressing any issue I had very quickly!

The service is quick to set up, me and my friends play project zomboid on a server i set-up within g-portal and it was super quick, easy and cheap.

Easy to setup, supported my game RUST Console (Because my PC is too rubbish to be able to play rust PC properly) so thankfully i was able to get me a server and jam on ps5. MY RULES, MY MAP.
Cheap rentals too... Very happy with the service. 5* all day everyday.

Your USA tech support is VERY inexperienced, lame, and arrogant. You need better mod support.

Very easy system to work with. For a non tech person like myself, setting up servers has been an incredibly easy experience. The staff are also exceptional to deal with and always super friendly.

Very poor server quality. Frequent lag, crashes, and disconnects. Autosave does not work properly — progress is rolled back by 2–5 hours after crashes.
The server was created from scratch with original files only. Support refuses to investigate and just blames a “corrupted save”.
Overpriced and not playable. Not recommended.

Have had multiple servers that run well with easy access to changes if needed. Support also fast to respond if I ever have issues with something.

Fast Minecraft server setup and no perforamance problems yettt

This would be my 2nd time i had a server with this host and the first ran amazingly with no issues, the 2nd ran amazing but a lil bit in had some mod issues that i couldnt fix, no issue. So i just kept playing but it crashed on me And wouldnt start back up, So i got with the support and they fixed it very quickly, not only got the server running but fixed my mod issues. Thanks too ned ^^
