I've played on this site for a long time never any issues up until 3 weeks ago when I won money and tried withdraw it and there was a error and the money magically disappeared from my account I have asked over and over about it and they then tell me wait 24 hours then say oh it will be in by such of time so then it ain't so I go back to live chat they escalate it again i gave up now for 3 weeks and nothing happens not even a email to say when it will be in everyone needs to boycott this site it is actual scam site

On a 6 week break as games seem to be rigged atm , takes ages to get certain bonus and when u get one that's x10 +14 free spins and all I got was £2.40 ... summat ain't right ????

been playing this site now for over a year. most of the games are terrible and old fashioned not many modern games on the site. it also seems that when the odd modern game appears that gives frequent scatters and pays out gala take it down. most games are out dated with ancient graphics. the bonuses on this site are pathetic i mean really pathetic this casino is ok to pass the time away if your prepared to constantly loose.

Those free reward wheels are a joke. Whilst it’s still spinning it’ll just pop up that I’ve won nothing. Today it was about to stop on the cash and I would have won £1000 but again it popped up before it could stop spinning that I won nothing. Stay away from this site, they happy to take your money but will tell you the bank card you used is restricted. Only spent £10, glad didnt deposit more money.

So this morning i hit it quite big i got lucky yes i no a total jackpot payout is 6 jackpot signs, but i got 3 only i got 3 with the collect... :) anyways lady first of all 'we cant find this in the game logs'

Absolutely rigged games. their algorithm depends on how much you bet. If you bet small money, you have a little chance to win, but as soon as you start to bet more it will be changed.I played blackjack (no the live casino) ,and every single time I bet over £25, house got blackjack or 21 . How on earth is it possible in 120 bet, house got 43 times blackjack cards and more than 40 times 21 and 20 and just 3 times bust and 90% win for house. They also closed the game more than 10 times when I placed the bet and took £350 of my money without I play or even see the cards. Their customer service confirmed there are lots of unfinished games and you need to contact customer support, but instead return my money and delted game history. I am not able to see my game history at all. What they are doing is stealing, not gambling. If I'm wrong, just put my gaming history on the 3rd and 4th of November here ,to all people see how did you steal more than £2000 from me. I don't know why gambling comition doesn't do anything about these theft .I play casino games for more than 20 years and understand you are not supposed to win all the time.but in gala casino you don't lose,

Rigged games (have video proof). Rigged promotions (have proof). Block people on social media who challenge. Report to the gambling commission so action can be taken and compensation sought for the illegal Activities. There is NO RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR. There are 3 algorithms used. That’s it. There’s nothing random. It’s plain theft. If I were you, I’d do a chargeback citing “obtaining money by deception”. There are clear law changes that gala has ignored. Foxy and coral are part of entain, same as gala. All sites use the same 3 algorithms, at the same time. 3 brands coming down soon. Closed account don’t give them the money

Just had one of their customer service tell me it’s absolutely normal to go 100+spins without triggering a feature round and then when I say literally £50+ gone without a feature oh it’s fine because I won’t 10p,25p,36p etc like that is great wins! Last time depositing on this site. Waste of money

I can vouch for all these bad reviews. I've been with them well over a year now n the most I've ever won is £5. Nothing more. N this is in bonus rounds. Most times I won't even win any if I'm lucky to hot the bonus round. Dead spin after spin. The site itself is completely fixed.

You might as well be throwing your money away with these. They rob you blind. Bonuses are most of the time teasers. But if you are lucky to hot the bonus round, don't expect much or even anything from it.

Update - 30/06/2024

Gala has now fixed the issue on my end. I was forever always losing on their site no matter how many times I played. But now it seems they are letting me win more often now which makes it worth going n spending n losing bcos I know eventually they will give me a decent win.
Maybe I was wrong ABT this site. It takes a little going back n forth with them B4 actually getting to the issue n righting it but it becomes worth it in the end.
I'm glad I can finally put my trust in this site now. Thank you gala for righting the wrong n giving me a nice win today n all the other times recently you been letting me win.

My advice to you all is....give them a try. They will take care of you once they worked out the issue if their is any as it seems they've fixed it.

Do not play the new Eye of Horus here. £90 of 50p stake spins. I won £6.50 in base returns and got 4 teases no bonus. Absolutely disgusting.
