Absolute joke this gaming commission. gambling can do what they there no regulation even tho they there but to many dodging thing go on and when complain its your a bad loser, which absolute rubbish people when they feel that have been played as case when contacted Lottoland and complained about game wacky panda not paying out, I was that makers art the pay outs, why I find hard to believe, if it’s true shows no regulation at. Why is it even tho there’s no chance getting my money even tho it was playing unfair. It’s not about losing yii out u expect that but when you no it tired you over it’s different. They no it and there’s no regulation, show how they checked then and they pay out against taking if there regulated there won’t be a problem. So let’s see what the gaming commission do about this. And who checks these like so u put on£300 they I won £89 but what they don’t say is for every £30 I win £5 what you go to do with it put under the pillow, course not so you put back trying to win so and the end I took nothing yet they are trying massage the by saying I won £89 and don’t include that in your loses very sneaky regulated by who, it about this put there foot on make them pay for checks. Because I should get my money back by right but who do go to you check. Please tell me who investigates, gaming answer this if there’s regulation. Please other that have noticed this please say. The game with pot or were there 3 symbols amounts to be had a good few have started pay the little one with early payouts not just enough to make you think it’s going to pay then they don’t it’s a scam, and yhere regulated who are they kidding. Yet another regulator that isn’t doing their job. Emailed them weeks ago with a complaint about the national lottery. Still waiting for a reply. I won’t hold my breath.

Leicester City FC promoted BC.Game, an unlicensed UK crypto casino, linking directly from their official site. I was scammed through my account with four massive Dogecoin bets, totaling billions in value — over £100 million. One bet was a win but recorded as a loss, proving BC.Game’s games are not provably fair. Only my Dogecoin transactions were deleted. When I questioned this, my account was blocked, leaving me with over £10,000 in crypto and $6,000 in BCD lost. All of this is documented with screenshots, transcripts, and emails.

I emailed every publicly listed contact at LCFC — no reply. This is standard. Consumers are ignored while scammers profit, yet the club still promotes them.

Trustpilot also failed me: inflated 5-star ratings at the time and automated, generic responses gave scammers credibility and helped them appear legitimate.

UKGC itself is a disgrace:
• Only 1-star on Trustpilot, with reviews describing ignored complaints, backhanders, corruption, and systemic incompetence.
• Regulators fail to monitor live games where magnet roulette balls and dealer manipulations defy physics. Either:
1️⃣ Regulators accept backhanders to allow cheating,
2️⃣ No one monitors the games at all,
3️⃣ Or corruption is systemic. Pick one.
• Consumers lose millions every year with no accountability, dead-end “contact us” emails, and excuses about overseas operators.

This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s systemic failure. Regulators, clubs, and review platforms are responsible for enabling scammers, not protecting players.

Until public transparency, lawful oversight, and real accountability are enforced, ordinary people will continue to be scammed while the system protects fraudsters.

These people are useless dont waste your time emailing them takes weeks for a reply and then they want you to get proof and send it to them that your being scammed rather then them doing there job and checking these casinos themselves there as bad as the casinos!!

This organisation puts out misleading information about blocking gambling adverts on You Tube. They say you can permanently stop You Tube showing you gambling adverts. This is NOT true. You Tube will block them for around 3 months and then they’ll start allowing them again. They’re just devious….and despicable.

The gambling and the operator around uk are even more rich as we see in the news and the regulator dont even speack about the scam and the regulation of the casinons online is not application of fines because fines its just for make us blindless if i play in other contrys this dont happen because they lose the license here everything is permit .
Last year i have a experince diferent from last six months or after august last here beting 2 pounds in every game the operator dont pay absoluting nothing comparing with other years is ridiculous how the bet is hight and dont pay is corruption is a way to still money from my pocket and give to owner of the casinos without any regulation or return for the costumers i think is more easy dont call casinos online but charity online for the pocket of many people

They don't have the decency to reply to people on there either and their CEO deleted his account as well. They cannot stand being questioned.

Another organisation that exists to defend the culprits. Serves no purpose at all. I mean do they have a policy for unfair playing field When bokkmakers close your account when you make money. I think not as they are partners with the gambling firms. Shameful.

Corrupt organisation who work alongside gambling businesses, talk about regulation, its non existent considering mountain of evidence supplied to these clowns, Gambling Commission IBAS and the Association of British Bookmakers work together, only investigate selective operators cause they all get a brown envelope to keep quiet, the Gambling Commission themselves need investigating

They give licenses out to anyone that wants one but when there are issues because of this they just hide behind the "we don't get involved in individual disputes" line.

They are the also the ones who have implemented all the affordability checks nonsense. They don't have a problem getting involved then do they?

Its not their business what people do with their money. They only love interfering when it suits.

As others have said they simply don't reply on social media (why are they even on it if they refuse to interact?)and if you contact them via email they'll ignore it too. Just incredibly rude.

I'm currently waiting for feedback from them on a company before deciding what to do next and this lot aren't helping at all.

The UK Gambling Commission was brought into existence to make it look as if the government were regulating the criminal fraudsters that own these online casinos.

So called live online casino games are technically rigged. They use a superimpose display streaming specifc results to each player.

I've proved this fact dozens of times by having friends and family members participating in the same roulette games and we receive different results yet we are all playing the same game.

The UK Gambling Commission should be carrying out such tests themselves but they don't and ignore members of the public who present such proof to them.

The Gambling industry literally have blood on their hands. Through their fraudulent activities they have literally drove 1000s of people into committing suicide. The UK Gambling Commission has deliberately done nothing to protect UK citizens from the technically fraud being committed online by these online casinos. In time this will be exposed and will be the biggest establishment cover up of all time.

Had an account due to the bookie claiming 'safer gambling' concerns. This was just an excuse to close a winning account as my bets weren't excessive at all. My only fault was winning so the bookie lied and used the safer gambling line as an excuse . They shouldn't be allowed to do this

Of course this lot didn't want to know. They don't get involved they told me after making me wait a month for a reply. But these are the ones who force their safer gambling obsession onto bookies and when bookies abuse it to close succesful accounts they don't want to know.

They're neither use nor ornament

Unable to contact Betfair about safe gambling limits. Their complaints process redirect to broken links. Gambling Comission are not interested. What are you there for?

Gaming commission are a joke if we can see the fixed games why cant they.
Needs a group of people to take legal action against them

These monsters are allowing the uk t o get scammed by these rigged casinos. Since 2018 the goverment are out to scam the world. All online casinos are rigged you never win just scamming us all. They take thousands over the years and give you nothing back. Corrupted scum. Stop playing these criminal sites.

UKGC should demolished and everyone working for them put in jail.

1. In UK gambling is pretty much a monopoly - 85% of sites are under 3 different umbrellas.

2. They have admitted that gambling sites are making the regulations and laws.

3. Once you give them a call about casino breaking their regulations - their answer "We can't do anything, their terms and conditions are above our regulations and UK laws" (yes that's exactly what they have said)

They're surprised people use black market? Yes, we will because it's clear that UKGC is taking payments from those 3 umbrellas to not allow competitors in UK and so that the ones inside UK could do whatever they want.

Does the gambling commission hand out licences to anyone?
I noticed that a new online sports book and casino had a licence even though in official companies house documents it stated that in October 2024 it had assets of just £140.
Does that mean if I started an online casino the gambling commission would grant me a licence if I put in £140?

An important question I would like answered by someone representing the gambling commission is this.
Is it true that a casino can't request documents immediately after you have asked to withdraw funds? They must process that withdrawal then they could ask for verification documents or ask for documents before you have requested a withdrawal.
This is important because many people have repeatedly talked about casinos asking for documents immediately after a withdrawal request was made and that withdrawal not being processed.
According to the gambling commission website a casino has to ask for verification documents once a threshold of £2000 has been reached in deposits or withdrawals.
Many casinos are asking for these documents way before that threshold amount.
I would advise anyone looking for a casino to join to check for any sister sites of that casino. They don't like duplicate accounts and the databases of these casinos will pick up on similar details.

I would just like to say well done to the gambling commission. For being so useless. Incompetent. I totally agree with all these negative comments. They are letting these companies rob people of their hard earned money. And as usual doing nothing about it. The government as just as corrupt. For also allowing people to get ripped off. It seems there are new laws that allow Mastercard and VISA to refuse Victims of Gaming Fraud any recourse. It also seems as though both Mastercard and VISA have been FINED for being in Criminal Agreements with Gaming Sites to DEFRAUD Gamers.

What is the Gambling Commission doing to protect Gamers? ZIT, NADA, ZILCH and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
IS THE GAMBLING COMMISSION FIT FOR PURPOSE?
ARE GAMERS CONSIDERED UNWORTHY OF PROTECTIONS FROM FRAUD? It would appear so.
