If you ever have a problem they refuse to help instead sending you patronizing bumf on problem gambling. I made the mistake thinking they'd want to know about a bookie breaking the rules but they had absolutely no interest.

They will take all your money, and close down all your accounts right after you wager large sums. They stole large sums of me across multiple sites and manipulated outcomes by closing down accounts and even let me gamble whilst I was on a ban with Gamstop which I didn’t even ask for! All sites commissioned by gambling commission work together to steal people’s money, they closed down my accounts and said “business reasons” right after a 3k wager loss, just when the wins about to come, the people in charge of gambling commission are not to be trusted they are dangerous. They are professional manipulators and are rigged I wish and will make the world sees their truth. Will take this to any extent to prove this as all evidence is gathered.

A regulator that doesn't seem to care about regulation
All they care about is preaching responsible gambling which isn't their job
They flat out ignore people who message them on Twitter.
And if you do email them you'll eventually get a reply simply saying they can't help. If you reply telling them a bookie is breaking the rules they don't care

What do they do all day?

This is a useless organisation that does nothing to improve any gambling companies and the service they provide.,Get off your rear end and do something to overhaul badly run companies like bet 365 that offer dreadful customer service. Bet 365 need to be brought into line. Do what the energy watchdog do and fine companies that provide poor customer service and recieve a lot of complaints .

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Julie an investigate manager from the Gambling Commission, and I must express my profound disappointment with her conduct. Not only was she extremely rude, but she also failed to keep pre-arranged appointments and consistently neglected to return phone calls, demonstrating a blatant disregard for customer service.

During our interactions, I found her demeanour to be biased and arrogant. When I disclosed the amount I had lost with my operator—around £30,000—her dismissive response was, “Is that all?” This flippant attitude is completely unacceptable for someone representing an organisation that is supposed to protect consumers. It feels as though the Gambling Commission lacks empathy for those affected by gambling issues and is more focused on trivialising their experiences.

Overall, my experience with Julie has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I expected a level of professionalism and support that was sorely lacking. I hope the Gambling Commission takes this feedback seriously and reassesses its approach to customer service and representation.

Corrupt and disgusting organisation, gambling should be banned to avoid the illegal exploitation supported by the UKGC. They have been placed in position of trust and power yet that are completely corrupt and unwilling to make casinos fair. Shame on you all and the failed employees who choose to work at such a disgraceful place, did you all lose your jobs selling payday loans to single mothers when the FCA actually did their job?

I need to report a serious verbal abuse by a Blackjack dealer working for Evolution Gaming. I have contacted Evolution via email several times but, as usual, they have never replied to my emails. The reason why I have given you one star is because I have also tried to get some help from you as you are an organization that should protect the players, but it seems like you are not doing anything at all.
