Just look at the amount of bookmakers out there that are not paying out bonuses like they're promising or messing about with withdrawals (Highbet, 7bet Bet442) Even when you message the UKGC and they confirm the bookmakers are breaking the rules they still can't or won't do anything.

They're the ones who give these sportsbooks and casino a licence to operate yet when things go wrong they simply shrug and say we don't get involved.

I'm sure if you tell them about a responsible gambling issue they'll soon perk up and take an interest. Their priorities are totally wrong

Hello there corrupt one's, how goes it with you. I'm sure another review isn't going to bother you too much as you don't seem to take heed of the reviews and complaints of all the other hard working punters.
I've pumped quite a few pennies into many many many games on version shady online companies such as .... Paddy Power , Sky bet , Ojo , Virgin Games and it's the same old reply from them when they don't pay out ..... Blah blah blah RNG blah blah blah..... Nonsense and you know that. They set players payout limits and you know that as you're all in bed together. How can a game pay out regular and hit the bonus on 10p spins which don't give much return but the moment I start making £1 up to £5 spins and the bonus buckets in Cod Chaos and Bonus Crystals in Phoenix Firestorm are soooo big they are hanging out of my phone and the Phoenix is on that much fire I can warm the house and looking at me like I owe him a few quid .... But the bonus never comes. Why?! I'm asking you @GamblingCommission so you can ask these companies.

Gambling commission is pointless even with clear evidence and lots of people complaining about the same thing they do not help is a big loophole for these casinos to get away with rigging and scamming people and there is no were else for people to take there case to big loophole they are obviously getting paid by these casinos the system is messed up

The Gambling Commission have their banner on online poker sites and the sites claim to be regulated by them. This leads the customer into thinking the GC would never allow the card decks to favour the sites and have strict rules that they are random.
Try calling the GC on this topic. They have no one there who deals in poker. They say they have no involvement in poker at all. They issue their certificates based on a 3rd party auditors findings.
These auditors also have no clue about poker odds and just audit how often a certain card comes out and NOT how it affects the hand. Very very easy for sites to manipulate decks to ensure customer retention and to maximise rake.. the 2 things that keeps them maximising profit.
And no-one at all is doing any checks, neither do they have the resources to do so (the Gambling Commissions own words on the subject). So the GC is supposed to be big on ‘transparency’ and protecting the customer? They should be ashamed, many will be struggle with the mental and financial effects that the ensuing massive amounts of highly unlikely results will undoubtedly cause.
Where is the transparency of having their banner on all poker sites, whilst not telling the customer the actual non existent role they actually play?
It’s the kind of thing they fine companies for every month, oh the hypocrisy of this shambolic industry!
I don’t blame the sites for taking advantage, it’s all caused by the enabler… The Gambling Commission.

I will cut a very long story short with the problems I've had with online betting sites. But will give you the replies I've had from this CORRUPTED organisation. I was told that gambling sites are there to make money from customers. And I was told NEVER to call the gambling commission again. I have tried to. But I have the phone put down on me every time. So today (Wednesday) I try to call, only to hear an obnoxious voice saying staff are on training please try again later. Well how helpful that was! Why on earth in 2025 are ALL staff on training together and effectively cutting off the paying public. Is it so difficult for the management to have maybe 2 staff members to continue answering calls and emails and give them training at another time. They don't even tell you how long the staff training actually is. Could they not even get the staff to work later in the evenings or start earlier in the day for staff training? So it doesn't effect the paying tax paying public. Could you imagine if every business did this, literally close down because of staff training! It's an absolute disgrace.

No wonder they force you to show your phone number when calling, no doubt they deal with very angry people.

The gambling commission shows you how evil and corrupt the world is. They are just a smoke screen to appear as fair company that has your interest at heart. It's completely rubbish. Get your evidence, find a private investigator and sue these casinos and the betting companies like Ladbrokes, William hill, etc etc for allowing studio based casinos in Latvia who use this software to steal money from you

Even premier league football teams have sponsors by these sites!!! Make that make sense!!

It wouldn't bother me that they don't help the punter if they kept out of our business but they don't. They seem to relish helping to introduce extremely intrusive affordability checks and then not caring when bookies use it to close accounts. They also ignore people who message them asking for help on X and when they do post on there they don't allow comments.. imagine my surprise that they don't reply on here either. Again I could deal with this if they didn't interfere with other people's betting

They won't help when you need them but when you want them to keep their nose out they'll happily get involved

They have to be seen to be doing their job so by excluding people by their "Red flag Thresholds" whatever that may be! Their income and purpose remains unchallenged.
Whilst i appreciate the need for a third party to look at the possibility of vulnerable people that gamble, the draconian nature they employ is very invasive.
Without looking into the legality and nature of a request to provide banking statements in order for a client to maintain membership of a club.. "Data protection"
Example; An in house bingo player for over 28yrs without deviating from their expenditure given time and attendance gets a request to supply bank statements...even though the books show overall after the questionable period the client is in plus credit overall! As a result the client is banned nationwide for life from all physical and online sites until they relent to provide their finances.
Conclusion; the gambling commission are in collusion with gambling sites to meet their Quoter for income.
This practice leads to a detrimental effect on the gambling businesses as a whole.
Strange that the Gov revenue is 3 billion from gambling!
Whilst in other news lifetime buzz bingo member 96 yrs old "end of life" gets asked for banking details for affordability!
Couple get asked for bank details for affordability purposes and provide them, then get asked for the "Will Inheritance breakdown!".. how low can this gambling commission go.
Andrew Rhodes needs to explain and we should and will approach Lisa Nandy for consideration.
