A Gaming Shop Thats A Shell of Its Original Self.
I don't know what's happened with Game recently, this shop used to be the best place for hardware and games, yet ever since Fraisers Plus took over and bought it, the brand has now fallen into a poor shell of what it used to be.
I bought a PSVR2 + Horizon Bundle on Black Friday, with an estimatied delivery date for December 1st, it never turned up, so I then I organised for a replacement via customer service with an actual agent, thought all was well until my order got cancelled 4 times. (I ended up getting a refund and going to Argos instead, despite having to pay extra for the item)
I also just happened to be passing by the IRL store in my city and found one of the staff to be kinda rude (tho it seemed unintentional) and unprofessional, things like how me and my Dad were talked by a guy behind the counter as if we were stealing, which we responded to kindly, but ended up leaving the shop after.
This makes me not want to use GAME for a long time.
