Funkos arrived in time but were unfortunately damaged, I’d recommend that they use more parcel protection. Putting them in an actual box with parcel airbags, rather than just the post bag to prevent other customers having a similar experience

I play a lot ps5 games every time i go in the Nuneaton shop they never have the new games like the new James Bond game I think service terrible what’s the point of it even being open. Mr Tompkins Nuneaton

Ordered First Light the night before release - was delivered the next day by 12.30. Excellent.

They continue to use EVRI for deliveries which ends in disaster. Paid for next day delivery and what a surprise - nothing arrives. Game just fob you off and say it’s down to EVRI. And EVRI do even less. Add
To that you have to spend hours trying to get through to a BOT 🙈. Shocking lack of concern by two companies.

Good service from game, Terrible service from Evri as always, my parcel has not been delivered and is lost, Game helped massively with this, I contacted them and they fully resolved the matter for me by providing me a code of the game that went missing so I didn’t miss out the only criticism with GAME with this transaction is Evri I wish GAME would change courier

Easy to order and arrived on time

Not ordered from game in while due to issues in the past, can confirm they are still horrendous! I ordered a game and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. Needless to say it didn’t arrive next day… don’t bother!

Great price for the item ordered, but GAME uses Evri as a courier. I ordered an anniversary present for my partner; it's a collector's item intended for display. I was really disappointed that GAME didn't pack it better before it shipped, and that Evri was the courier. As expected, the item arrived damaged. Do not order anything delicate. Not only did they damage the box and its packaging, but the cards inside were damaged as well.

Over priced delivery

Delivery service and customer service extremely bad.
I paid extra to have priority service and i did not received it. A waste of money, time and trust.

Order went through without any issues and was despatched and arrived on time. I’ve used Game for many years and find them to be a reliable retailer. I do miss their old rewards system.

My only issue was trying to change the payment details as I had a new card, it wasn’t easy to make the change.

Do not order from them. Your items will come damaged because they put them in a plastic bag and then state you cant get a refund because the box is just to protect the item inside. Well the law states different -

Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Section 9

(3)The quality of goods includes their state and condition; and the following aspects (among others) are in appropriate cases aspects of the quality of goods—
(a)fitness for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are usually supplied;
(b)appearance and finish;
(c)freedom from minor defects;
(d)safety;
(e)durability.

I will not be buying from them again. A refund on the P&P is nothing. I still have damaged boxes.

False advertisement didn’t receive anything but controller in packaging even thought the photos are off the full package

Delivery was a few days faster than estimated, and the product was in perfect condition. 5/5!

Ordering was easy the product was delivered the next day. The only fault I had was that the product was not delivered to the address I wanted it to go to for my nephew's birthday and arrived at my local post office instead. Customer service sorted this out and I was refunded on returning the goods I haven't downgraded the stars as it is unclear where the error occurred and I have used GAME before without problems.

The pen ordered had no ink in it. The game box was in poor condition and the extra item pictured was not included. Also the teddy was marked.
