Good service from game, Terrible service from Evri as always, my parcel has not been delivered and is lost, Game helped massively with this, I contacted them and they fully resolved the matter for me by providing me a code of the game that went missing so I didn’t miss out the only criticism with GAME with this transaction is Evri I wish GAME would change courier

Not ordered from game in while due to issues in the past, can confirm they are still horrendous! I ordered a game and paid £9.99 for next day delivery. Needless to say it didn’t arrive next day… don’t bother!
Evri as courier; don't order fragile items
Great price for the item ordered, but GAME uses Evri as a courier. I ordered an anniversary present for my partner; it's a collector's item intended for display. I was really disappointed that GAME didn't pack it better before it shipped, and that Evri was the courier. As expected, the item arrived damaged. Do not order anything delicate. Not only did they damage the box and its packaging, but the cards inside were damaged as well.

Order went through without any issues and was despatched and arrived on time. I’ve used Game for many years and find them to be a reliable retailer. I do miss their old rewards system.
My only issue was trying to change the payment details as I had a new card, it wasn’t easy to make the change.
Plastic bag delivery
Do not order from them. Your items will come damaged because they put them in a plastic bag and then state you cant get a refund because the box is just to protect the item inside. Well the law states different -
Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Section 9
(3)The quality of goods includes their state and condition; and the following aspects (among others) are in appropriate cases aspects of the quality of goods—
(a)fitness for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are usually supplied;
(b)appearance and finish;
(c)freedom from minor defects;
(d)safety;
(e)durability.
I will not be buying from them again. A refund on the P&P is nothing. I still have damaged boxes.

Delivery was a few days faster than estimated, and the product was in perfect condition. 5/5!
Fast Service
Ordering was easy the product was delivered the next day. The only fault I had was that the product was not delivered to the address I wanted it to go to for my nephew's birthday and arrived at my local post office instead. Customer service sorted this out and I was refunded on returning the goods I haven't downgraded the stars as it is unclear where the error occurred and I have used GAME before without problems.

The stuff is on sale but in poor delivered condition.
The pen ordered had no ink in it. The game box was in poor condition and the extra item pictured was not included. Also the teddy was marked.
