I paid for next day delivery by dpd which cost £11.99.
You emailed me and stated delivery before 12 noon on Sunday ( tomorrow)
I contacted you on online chat as dpd tracker says Monday.
You lied and said it had been delayed as I spoke with dpd and my parcel is sat at the local delivery office right now awaiting delivery on monday because game actually conned me and booked a cheaper weekday delivery slot!!
You will not even contact dpd and pay what was supposed to be paid which I was charged for.
All I get is contact us once you recieve your delivery and we will reimburse the delivery charge.
How is this acceptable?
You email with a guaranteed day and before noon, then lie on web chat saying delayed.
And then will do nothing about it.

Prices are competitive with a good selection of products online. However that's their only good point nowadays.
Charging £4.99 for click and collect is completely bananas. Especially when it costs £4.99 for home delivery of standard items too.
You have to order online too, because their in-store stock is barebones at best.
To add to the negatives, it took 48 hours to process my small order, and for my £4.99 delivery fee I didn't even get first class post.
Game are backing themselves into a corner of complete irrelevance in today's market. Without changes they'll be gone in a few years.

Good prices but items arrived in plastic bag parcel, contents of bag were squashed, whether they were squashed before transit or during I'm unsure, pro tip guys if sending items that can be squashed use a box.

Avoid GAME for preorders as they take your money and then don’t deliver or even notify you to tell you what’s going on with your order.
Preordered items a month before launch, payment taken immediately but then never delivered and only told there was an issue when I chased them up about delivery timescales.
Item was a Collectors edition and now out of stock everywhere other than on resale sites for £100 more!
Customer service team totally disinterested. Still haven’t had refund.

Well I ordered the Lego car on pre-order and yes it turned up but the box was badly dented and the box had been crushed and just put into a Frasers bag with no bubble wrap or a cardboard box!
This was actually a birthday gift for my husband and I was angry!. The Lego inside was fine but the box was a mess!.. Game please think about your packing process please!!
Bad delivery company used
I ordered 2 PlayStation controllers as a gift. (Not cheap). You are getting 1 star as you had Evri deliver them and the boxes looked like they had been stood on. If I knew you used that company I would not have order them through you. Not impressed.

Funkos arrived in time but were unfortunately damaged, I’d recommend that they use more parcel protection. Putting them in an actual box with parcel airbags, rather than just the post bag to prevent other customers having a similar experience
