I preordered a collectors edition of a game, which was stated as still in stock. Although a week after the order was placed i got an email stating it was cancelled due to them not having it in stock. They should keep note of how many they have to ensure they don’t take orders for the fun of it. And since it took them so long to realise their mistake the collectors edition was sold out of all other retailers. So thanks GAME, The service over the past few years has gotten absolutely dreadful. No more orders will be placed with GAME

Terrible experience I had a Game gift voucher with £50 on it and was told it has now expired and I cannot use it, I went into the store last year to ask about the gift voucher the employee scanned it and told me the voucher will be active for as long as I have it. I was given false information by the store employee. I contacted customer services who immediately refused to help me and said the voucher is now invalid, they didn’t even offer anything off a game. I would never buy anything from Game again in my life! Their customer service is truly shocking! When someone has already paid for a voucher and they don’t honour Is not good!

Paid for next day delivery but got a text saying that when delivery was attempted, no one was in. This was not correct - I was in and no one attempted to deliver at my property.

Absolutely horrendous experience ordering from Game. 1st order only half delivered and then took weeks to get a refund for the missing item. Then issued a refund on a gift card so had to re-order from Game. 2nd order - no communication about delivery, after order confirmation, until I contacted support and then my delivery instructions were completely ignored and they are delivering to a different location further from my home. Disgraceful service and the support team are no help at all and don't care what your issues are, offer no resolution and completely ignored your complaint.

Did not do a stock count of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector's Editions before listing on their website. They are now cancelling everyone's preorders when it has been a constant fight to secure this CE. Disgraceful that a company as big as GAME can't do a simple stock count.

Shocking level of incompetence again from Game. Pre orders accepted,payment taken only to get a cancellation email today to say its out of stock. There's no contact information to speak to someone and now have to rely on scalpers on Ebay. This is the second time they have done this to me and I'm f-ing livid. How are you still in business????

Managed to eventually email them and all they could do was apologise for the delay in the refund. Several emails back and forth and still no answers. Apparently their system just cancels orders for them and they won't do anything to help.
Due to scalpers it's been impossible for collectors like myself to get the Assassin's Creed Black Flag CE. This is not the first time Game have done this. When AC Shadows was launched they cancelled my order so had to get it elsewhere and then to add insult to injury they sent me a link to purchase it on release day.
Utterly useless company and really not sure why they're in business still.

I bought a brand new lego set (£££) and the box has been seriously damaged, having clearly been stored poorly for a long time. The original tape seal has been removed, and it has been taped back up with crap tape that has torn the box up. It's clearly not "new" and has probably been bought, opened, and returned at least once.
Considering this is supposed to be a gift, it would be embarrassing to hand this over.
I've found better quality second hand kits online for half the price. If I'd wanted second hand, I'd have started there.
What a joke. Can't believe they charged full price for this.
When I complained, they said the box is intended to protect the inside item from damage during transit and that they wouldn't consider a return etc.
