Packages came squashed, damaged and clearly had price labels on them that were torn off, ex-shop item and not new.

First of all, there was no padding at all in my £150 order. All large boxes were damaged. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review as the games thankfully were not damaged, nor their boxes, despite no protection.
What tipped me over the edge is one of the storage boxes, I know, I know, a storage box from GAME? It's new, and damaged, but the problem... Is that it was filthy. Paying for something you need to clean like you bought it third-hand on eBay leaves a sick feeling in my gut. I can't even tell what it is. Some was sticky and yellow, some was sticky and brown... I don't think anyone wants to know what it was. Foul, seriously, GAME.

The checkout is so complicated. The email system is messed up but it's the only company that gives you special edition. Headoffice is very complicated to contact. I don't know they they could possibly work.

Never had any issues while using the web store or when in store. Purchase item information is always available and updated if its an item i have pre-ordered.

Very easy transaction and prompt delivery.

Poorly packaged. My items have been put only in a plastic bag resulting in each box being damaged.
I doubt whether I'll be ordering from game again

POS company selling collectibles in jiffybags with the boxes getting damaged. Won't issue refunds for their abhorrent shipping practice. Avoid at all cost.

Item was missing instructions. Bag dirty. Meant to have 144 pieces. I haven't counted them but in light of the above it wouldn't surprise me if they are not all there. I wish I bought it somewhere else.

Ordered item on a Sunday afternoon & expected delivery the following Tuesday, item arrived by 9.30am on Monday morning!, class service by Game, item very well packaged. Thanks Game!

3 stars because some items I ordered are Collectable and they've been sent in a bag and while some items have been bubble wrapped the others have been damaged

Pre- ordered Lorcana cards. 2 months later still haven’t got it and wouldn’t allow us to get a refund. Silly silly silly

Currier didn't knock or ring the bell. Squeezed package through letter box which damaged the parcel and the product :/

This was premium item (collectible cards) and you shipped it in plastic wrap. It should have been cardboard envelope at least or a box.

Next day delivery didnt come. Complained. Said theyd resend it. Didnt come a second time. Brilliant.
