Great guys, fast and good quality

Caught a 50% off Summer sale and got a whole year of hosting for a premium performance for an extremely reasonable price. Server setup was quick and easy thanks to their great UI, and their support staff is outstanding! They respond extremely quickly to chats and support tickets and their service agents are extremely knowledgeable. If I had to find a negative it's that they dont have built in tools to automate map and BP wipes for Rust servers.

Phenomenal customer service. These guys reply instantly and are extremely helpful. 10/10 recommendation.

Rust server ran very smooth without lag even when people joined from overseas. Never had any issues to report so can't say much about support, but I think that it says wonders that I never needed to contact support to find out. Easy to set-up and add mods.

really helpfull guys here thy will help you out if your struggling thy will check if you did it correct or not thy will open your server cmd admin panel if youu dont know how to get admin or how to do it just ask them or just let them do it for you but you have to do it your self dont let them be your slave you have to do it your self i like the app thy are really help full at all so i will give you a heads up if you dont know how to get the owner aka admin just ask them how but if you dont know how just let them do it for you but pls do it your self thy will not like it if thy do it you have to do it your self but dristen is the best guy to help you out it is a really good guy but if you did something wrong he will go fix it for you and then he will say it is done your welcome np :) but i love dristen he is a helpfull friend if you are working with them for a long time thy will start to like you but dont let them do everything for you have to do erverything your self thanks you gameserverkings for dont this for pepol have a lovely day / night

Super fast and reliable, I only waited about 20 seconds for a response from their online support and was instantly contacted by a real person rather than an automated message. Amazing!

GSK is byfar the best service. Very good for beginners, and any troubles you need just go to them and they will help you in a matter of seconds. There are extremely simple forums everywhere helping you with your problems.

I opened a Rust server with Game Server Kings and it was a super easy process, like most hosting service providers. What sets Game Server Kings apart, though, is the 24/7 ongoing support for when those little hiccups pop up and you can't solve it yourself. Their pricing is also super fair, which makes the round-the-clock support even better. I'm not sure how much they pay their customer support reps, but I hope it's at least $20/hr.

Highly rated RUST hosting server, no lag, no matter what country you connect from; customer service is fast and effective, no VIPS, they have a human warmth, they seem like your family helping when a problem occurs on your server. The control panel is one of the simplest to manage a server, anyone without experience can manage it, its updates for both the game and the mods, are ahead so that the server does not decline. For me, I am Spanish-speaking, managing the server is super intuitive. Thank you Gameserverkings for your super Rust hosting service at low monetary cost.

TCadmin login credentials sent to my email did not work. Was unable to log in to the game server; continually got a message about a server update being required. Did not receive a response from their customer service, which if actually running 24/7 is severely understaffed. I requested a refund...we'll see if I get it.

If you're looking for a good server host this one is by far the best I've come across. No downtime, No issues, Beyond Excellent customer service. There is no reason not to use them. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Awesome performance. Have not had any issues so far. Game server king's customer support is very good. They also have helpful guides for mods and much more. I made a small mistake trying to change server settings, ended up on chat support with Dristen, who was supper fast at responding and found my mistake in no time. At this point as good as the support is I probably will not even bother checking out other server sites.

I had a great experience with GameServerKings. It was a rare occasion to have any issues and then it was delt with quickly and efficiently. When my personal situation changes I will be getting another Server with them.

I have to say the customer support is top notch ! I recommend other companies listen to their' customers. They have answered all the questions fast and quickly, weather it pertained to " server side " related or something else. 10 star's in my book !

I was running a rust server and i wasent too familar with some things so i opened the support menu and i got real people with fast responses who helped. they knew everything, EVERYTHING, like no joke best rust server host company ever.

The gameserver kings support team is unmatched by any other support team ive dealt with they are very reasonably priced especially for the quality of servers they provide I have had no troubles starting and modifying my rust server

Iam Writing this review as in March/16/2022. This service is a joke always blaming the other company as in steam for there mistakes . Ive showed file after file to these people even steam and its a back and forth thing between both of them I rented a server from these people then after i rented one well i changed accounts due to some issues so as in new files new profiles new pc new everything well see even steam told me its the server files that they dont wanna work and put the right user name files in so now when i log in it lockes me out due to that my old name still keeps pooping back up on to the txadmin when i sign in so the old name keeps pooping up even when i got a new router the hole nine and steam i showed the files to even said its was game server kings when you log in as your new person it keeps backing up from there files as your old profile name because they never fixed it now iam in a loop deleted all my Crap for 4th freaking time due to these people then on top they take my gpu files and make them null but on my other games my gpu is not null yeah they play to much lieing all the time BBB time ive sent lots of inside pc crap to to these people and the issue i see while lgoing in on my server it keep throwing me back to my old name and i know for sure its not files on my pc when i got a new internet company new router new emails new files new all but when i log in on TxAdmin it even in plan site shows my old user name then it goes to tries to switch to my new user but it wont but here the thang how can this be with all new everthing and nothing go backed up nothing from my old pc to the router so there is no way its my pc steam even said its GSK fault not theres iam in my right name and all its them not fixing messed up files in there program in wich they say no its steam no its Gsk well i dont know if ill be back how crappy this service is i rather run my own off my pc then runing through them they a joke in a half always cannot do what needs to be done ive sent them file of logs on whats wrong and tell me figure it out on my own i really never had so much problems with my pc going to null with them while playing on there server and all donot recommend these services to anyone ive never had any server issuies on my pc intill i got with them. My pc never ran null and my pc never had my old server files or anything added so there is no no way in fact not even steam said theres no way it should pop up under that old name unless they did not redue it in the file even when runing your own services you have to make changes and take old names and that out and all and these people don't wanna do it i know what the issue is but they trying to lie to me and say other wise threating to shut services down due to me always bugging them to do there job as in you go file change my old name to new one duh even states in runing your own rust server how todo it even done it but i rather rent a server iam tired of the run arounds now the BBB is getting called today and my lawyer iam finding out all about this crappy company that make lies to you just to get your money no help on any side at all steam or them even have prrof of steam showing file to them they even said GSk never changed the files like you are supposed to do when you run a server thank you all for the help its just wierd never had this pc or router or internet provider or anything connected to this pc. ive sent request after request and they blame me for logging in under that old name when ive never added or anything my old files from steam or my old server my files are new so i dont understand why or how gameserverkings keeps pulling files from my old server when i used to host on my own router now its iam renting and the files even popping my old files from they old server and i dont under stand how when i never backed up or anything on this iam not sure what todo because i log in under my new name like always but some how in the txadmin files it shows me loging in as my old name in wich ive never done or did because iam not stupid todo so iam trying to figure out how or why these old files got here when nothing from my old pc was added not even the emails or steam but it shows old profile name still but iam under my new name so dont understand why or how this could of happend
