Gameserverkings are more than worth their rates!
Gameserverkings are, simply put, a great hosting service. Kind, prompt, friendly, and willing to correct any mistake they accidentally make without hassle or hesitation. Always willing to assist with any problem or lack of understanding I have had. The customer experience plus the low cost of the Rust server hosting I used means I will always return to them or send friends their way any and every chance I get.

Very good customer support, reliable long term host!
GameServerKing proved to be an excellent choice for server hosting.
I have been with many server providers over the last months but i always had network problems. Now I have a GSK dedicated server and I'm very happy with it, not any lag, not any crash, everything is perfect.
A good long term host !
Special thank's to Dristen and Renual (staff) who are very friendly and has been quick and responsive with any questions or issues we've had.

Great RUST server for the kids to play safely!

Support and Admin panel!
I want to start with the support that GameServerKings offer is amazing. Like Every time I ran into an issue they almost immediately resolved it and they went above and beyond. They made sure everything was correct with my issues and even look through the panel to make sure it was right. Also when it comes to the Admin panel it is very easy to navigate and use. But honestly I am most satisfied with the support they never felt like they were annoyed and genuinely made sure you were satisfied. I would 100% recommend this server host to anyone that is looking to create a server! thank you for being amazing GSK!!

After reviewing all of the correspondence you've had with us (that I could find to the best of my ability, since the email provided isn't what was used for your GSK account), I see that the most recent support tickets were submitted nearly 7 months prior to this review when you cancelled your service and requested some billing changes. All of your support tickets were answered promptly within a few hours - barring one that spanned a few days due to an issue with our London datacenter over a year ago.
That issue was resolved long ago, and our London datacenter has improved immensely since. I don't feel that this review contains much relevance as this was an edge case situation that happened over a year ago, but nonetheless I'm sorry that you did not have a great experience.
I'd be happy to work with you again should you ever want to give us another shot.

The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I am using this to just to play singleplayer rust and found it easy enough to navigate.

Its been really hard to play
Its been really hard to play. Its crashing and lagging. I took the best they could offer and 3 weeks later its really problematic. Right now my server doesnt exist anymore. It was working just fine when I woke up I went to make myself a coffee I came back There's nothing left. I've been waiting for an hour now in the help chat with the tech support and noone came yet
