This service is really good if you're not a techie and just starting a brand new rust server. Their platform is set up for beginners, and their tech support is always there and patient for your questions.

I am brand new to being a server admin, having natural noob issues addressed in a professional and polite manner is rare, gameserverkings chat feature workers have all been kind and provided the assistance I needed to get all my issues resolved.

Writing this review after having service with these guys for a while now.
Gameserverkings has been great to me so far, and I've been able to build a Rust server to my full desires, mods, plugins, etc. It's been great building my own community and Discord so far and I couldn't recommend these guys enough! If you guys ever have any hiccups or issues, or even just a simple question... Don't hesitate to shoot the live chat a quick message. I've had some duh moments so far, and some in-depth stuff answered super quickly.
They certainly understand Rust deeply or have played!

I've had the best experience with GameServer Kings that I've ever had with a game server provider. Honestly there are zero complaints I can think of and I have used them for my server for a year now. The user interface is simple to navigate, and it comes with a extensive knowledge base for you to look at all the info you'll need to get your server going. I should also add the customer service is among the best out there. I never had a issue having any of my questions answered , even the dumb questions were treated with respect and answered just like anyone else's questions. I really recommend GameServer Kings for your next server.

This host has been absolutely fantastic. The UI is very friendly, no lag, 100% uptime, great pricing, and overall 10/10.
On top of that, their Customer Service is great. I had server issues, posted it in their site chat, and Alexander hopped on my server and worked with me to resolve it immediately.
Seriously, these guys are epic.

I've run a Rust server for many years, but in between retirement and moving (and my new wifi access being NAT'ed) I decided to take a break. When I was ready to come back, the guys at Game Server Kings set me up. They are patient, professional and really know their stuff. Special kudos to Alexander, who walked me through a bunch of odd issues. I'm looking forward to running a server again!

Absolutely amazing Rust Host. Answers to questions and problems within literally 10 minutes everytime I've had an issue, the ping is great, the quality of the server is great, just an overall amazing Rust Host. 100% Recommend and will never use another company.

This is by far the best experience I've had with renting a server - They customer service chat and ticket portal is always available and they're always ready to help. I was able to get account adjustments for billing and services within seconds of asking, and the prices are ridiculously low for the amount of slots you get. This will be my go-to from now on for the games they support.

Game server kings is a great company if you are looking for a game server host, i have had 99% uptime on my server with them and everytime ive had an issue they were so quick to respond to every question and concern i have had, the pricing is fair & i would recommend them to anyone looking.

I was having trouble with my custom map, and simply couldn't get it to work. After many failed attempts i tried asked the support-team if they could help me. Fortunetly Dristen was right there to help, only 20 seconds after i asked. He checked it up, and could give me an aswer within 5 minuts.

The server is now up and running like normal! Thank you Dristen and Gameserverkings support.

Well...being just short of 69 years of age, not being computer literate and short term memory not as it was....I found the set up information and instructions clear and easy to follow.
I should have realised that the map size is crucial and the number of player slots more so.
I went for the basic option...60 slots and a 4500 map, not realising that after only constructing one building and being the sole player in game as has as yet had no one join me ...after all it was only 2 days into the game....I had exceeded my 8GB of ram allowed and the game ''dropped out'' ...
I did not know what had happened so looked for advice by the live chat available...
I must say that this service was almost instantaneous...the advice and assistance given was clear, precise, friendly and helpful.
I find that at the basic 60 slot level with a 4500 map is unplayable....dropping down to a smaller map reduces the things in it that visiting players expect.
I have decided not to rent further than the end of my first month that I have paid for as as a pensioner things are rather tight money wise....cancellation was very simple and a very nice message sent to me.
This is by no means a note of complaint...it is what it is...you get what you pay for....go for the higher slot options if you can, you will not be disappointed.

For me, the best company to create your own server (RUST). Communication, online help with the server and much more, all fast and they have patience (with me:D) I had a test server here and in the future I will only set up here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They resond in seconds in the "service-chat"

Small Rust server with mods keeps doing ram reboots/restarts even though I restart daily and upgraded the ram as tech support recommended. Tech support is quick to respond but if the server can't even host a 4250 size map without crashing, it's no good to me.

I started hosting a server through Shockbyte and was quickly regretting my decision. I stumbled upon Gameserverkings and asked how i could transfer my service, they walked me through step by step and even got into the files to help me with config. Since then i have made many newbie mistakes running a server in which they were quick, and i mean quick, to respond and help me through every time. Lemme reiterate, you go to the ticket page and open a live chat, they are right there saying he what can i do to help you! Made this whole server hosting thing fun and enjoyable! So basically its simple, leave shockbyte or any other hosting service, because Gameserverkings is the host with the most. This is not sponsored or paid for in anyway, i just appreciate these guys so much that i would promote their business to a homeless man.

My server crashed all of the time. GSK claimed their software/hardware is outdated and they were searching for alternatives. The service provided was so bad that the day I switched hosts, my server wouldn't even load. Customer service was usually helpful, sadly the actual service was garbage. Don't waste your time or money.
