Super effort by all the team to find me a Black Knight 2000 pinball machine, fully refurbish and deliver and setup for me. They kept me informed throughout and I’m really pleased with the service and finished product. Highly recommend these guys.

Searched for a Vintage Bar Billiard table for quite a while, found The Games Room Company had a recondition one already in stock in the showroom. Visited the showroom which is mind blowingly good :) inhouse restoration was perfect and I purchased there and then.
Delivery was on time and the guys levelled and set it all up ready to play. First Class Service.

Big thank you to Claire for helping us with our purchase (pool table and table football) and all the kind follow ups, Brexit and the pandemic didn’t help lead times but we were always updated and delivery was seamless and the guys installing it brilliant.

We just purchased the Aramith Fusion Pool Dining table from the Games Room Company and have to say the customer service was first class. The table is good quality and easy to adjust from Dining to Pool table height and you could easily fit 8-10 people round it. Throughly recommend this company and their product.

As a special birthday gift I purchased Retro conversion Arcade cocktail table
After a lot of research on types of machines this was the real McCoy
The added benefit is that whilst you have the vintage cabinet ( which is fully refurbished) is that it is loaded with 60 games
I am loving the variety and the introduction to games I forgot about or ones I am being introduced to . I originally wanted this because of Galaxian but when I met the Galaga I was more impressed. Bob Brinklow gave great service throughout
The drop to 4 stars is because Galaxian only gives you 2 life’s and that the high score memory restarts every time you switch on
Overall delighted with the purchase and would highly recommend 😎🤘

Absolute superb machine and not only a blast back to the past, but an amazing introduction for the ‘new generation’. Instructions to set up were clear and it was built in less than 45 minutes. Good construction and put to the test with two young boys battling as ‘Ryu and Ken’. Can’t recommend the company and unit enough. Easy ordering process, quick delivery and again, all ready to go in less than an hour from unpacking. Now just to save up for a jukebox =)

Finally a dream has come true... my very own Rock-Ola Vinyl 45 Bubbler. I see and play it every single day and it makes my life so much happier. I charge 50p for one play and a £1 for three plays. All monies will go to Hospital Radio Bedside in Bournemouth at the end of each year. Should have traded in my old Wurlitzer years ago.
It really has added a wonderful positive quality to my life and makes me smile.
If you are looking to enjoy a better quality of life playing all your favourite music - when it suits you then take my advice and treat yourself... trust me it will change your life for the better. A huge Thanks to Bob Brinklow the man who makes customers VERY happy.

I purchased an original early 1960’s jukebox from The Games Room Company last year. I am totally thrilled with it and would like to recommend the company for their magnificent service.
The excitement of a visit to the premises will be obvious from their photos gallery so I would prefer to comment on the friendly and helpful meeting with the team.
After a warm welcome from Claire, I was shown all the jukeboxes by Alexander and he was happy and proud to demonstrate many other amazing items to make my visit so interesting and enjoyable. Probably the highlight however was being introduced to the very clever and dedicated engineers working on restoring these incredible machines. I’m so grateful for their knowledge and skill enabling me to be able to have my very own vinyl jukebox.
Claire was absolutely lovely with her communication leading up to the delivery and with all the information on warranty after sales service etc.
My best wishes to the whole team and all who decide to give them a visit after reading my review.

I ordered a refurbished Rock-Ola CD jukebox from Games Room Company as I'd been considering taking the plunge for while.

I found the whole experience very easy and received a very professional service from enquiry to installation.

The unit looks great and you couldn't tell it was refurbished as the standard is so high.

I would totally recommend Games Room to others if they are looking for that special luxury in life!

They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Went far and beyond for a smooth delivery and even fully dismantled the piece and reassembled. Claire in the showroom is outstanding and so are the rest of the staff. I wish all retail experiences were like this.

My brother and I built a log cabin man-cave at the rear of his garden 12 months ago, but we were missing a pool table. Due to Covid it had been difficult to source a quality pool table, until my daughter saw The Games Room Company on tv last week. One week later my brother is the proud owner of a Supreme Prince refurbished pool table, which looks like new ! Excellent customer service from Claire, John, Pieter (and his younger colleague).
