Nothing at stock. I wanted n2ds they are showing pre owned stuff. When I type Pokemon x they show Pokemon cards. Very poor service.

I pre ordered the ffxv for ps4 but there was a mistake and I received the game for xbox 1.The response from Heli was immediate and I got a full refund within the time period I was told.

I ordered a PS4 Pro from Gamestop - it was not obvious on their website that this would be dispatched from Ireland and I feel misled to have made the purchase- after all, they have a UK website domain and UK phone number. It was not dispatched on the day purchased (ordered early afternoon after lunch), and was sent by a different courier to what I chose (I selected Royal Mail because I'd previously had issues with UK Mail.)
Eventually the console turned up, but delivery took 7 days! Very poor.

Great company to deal with
I placed a pre order with Gamestop for an expensive piece of hardware. When it was released, it proved too expensive as I'd recently been made redundant. I emailed Gamestop to explain and cancel my order, which they did quickly and with no problems at all. Great service when it really matters.

I have used this site on several occasions and I am always pleasantly surprised at their competitive prices. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for their 'not so simple' procedure for cancelling a preorder. However, due totheir excellent customer service , I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
Delivery disaster
So I ordered the Xbox One S on the day of its release on Tuesday because I saw they had one left, they said it would be delivered 48 hours after the purchase...the 48 hours went by and now I have had to ring the courier DPD to which they said "it's not been delivered to them by the company yet" (bear in mind this is 48 hours after my purchase, so it should have been delivered to me by now) and then I was told because it was bought on a Tuesday it won't be delivered until Monday...I mean...what?!
So they may have all the products that Game have for slightly cheaper but to receive your product on time i recommend going into a store if you're in a hurry/desperate for a product as i was.

GameStop have there Live Chat up and running now and it is super, the guys are super quick at responding to all the chats and i must admit im a bit of a gamer and annoy them with loads of random questions and every time they are super professional and so helpful which is a major plus, people are quick to jump and complain and never take the time to compliment staff or companies so GameStop thanks a million for all your undivided attention and keep up the great work your all awesome :)
