Gamestop - Highly Recommend.

I've bought a couple of items from Gamestop. Good range & competitive prices. Their communication is very good & delivery fast. One of item orders I had to cancel. I was kept informed throughout the process & the refund was processed as communicated. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service

I recently placed an order online but following the order noticed an even better deal. I called and spoke to Heli who sorted the issue answering all questions I had promptly and accurately. She arranged a refund in quick time. I would not hesitate to use GameStop again as their prices are very competitive and customer service is excellent.

absolutely ridiculous!!!

After buying things from Gamestop in the past I didn't hesitate to buying Assassin's Creed Syndicate on PS4 only for them to email me the day before launch stating that they sent me an Xbox One copy by mistake and if I wanted to have it exchanged for the correct one which I paid for, that I would have to confirm my address and number before they would do anything, after several emails stating I would like a refund instead they still kept emailing me saying that a courier would collect it and a replacement would be sent after constantly telling them I wanted a refund they then confirmed a refund can happen after a courier picking this up last Monday (2/11/2015) I have heard nothing since and I've checkes the website that states 14 working days will have to go by before a refund, so basically I have to wait 3 weeks before I get my money back!! Really not good enough!!!!
Just goes to show that the cheaper retailers are not always the best!

Good company going the right way.

Had a great experience in New York with this company so decided to look them up on my return to the UK. Found they had a site so made an order. Had a problem of my own making with my order and contacted Gamestop about the problem which they solved very quickly and were very helpful. I would recommend Gamestop UK without hesitation.

Advertise products they don't have, but will still take payment

I was shopping for a PS3 online because my own PS3 has recently broken down. I saw what I believed to be an excellent deal for a PS3 blue on gamestop uk with two controllers. Having read several negative reviews on this site, I thought it best to contact their customer service department directly by telephone before purchase.

During the call, and after much searching of their own site, the operator confirmed they were out of stock for this item. However, their website had not been updated to display this. Strange, considering most of their other Ps3 bundles had been updated to state they were out of stock! The site would have taken my direct debit payment regardless of this. The operator then had the cheek to try to sell me a PS4! Never with gamestop uk, I will not use them again. The operator was helpful but the firm seems very amateur.

Always show gratitude for a good customers service

I contacted gamestop because my headset for ps4 was damaged, I straight away received an answer and the problem as been solved promptly.
The only bad spot was about the delivery because the item has been shipped to the wrong address at first even though I wrote the right one on the form I been asked to fill and on the box I shipped, but Stephen solved the problem very quickly, a part the human error I've been very pleased to deal with gamestop and Stephen and for sure I'll be happy to purchase again.
I hope this message will reach him as well in order to thank him for all the support given.

Don't waste your time, shocking operations and careless customer service.

Having spotted a good deal for a preorder on Gamespot UK I figured I'd give them a go because I've not used the retailer before.

Having preordered during the early part of Monday morning, I was beyond disappointed and annoyed to find my order had in fact been cancelled 6-8 hours later without notice because THEY gamespot uk had made a pricing error. I responded to customer service and and was essentially told they can pick and choose why they do and don't honour customer orders based on THEIR pricing errors because I the customer agreed to their standard T&Cs. So, I've ended up with no preorder, no product and a finger being pointed to T&Cs, not even a gesture of goodwill for the time of mine they have wasted!

A terrible first shopping experience with gamestop UK and my last.

Very fast shipping to Scotland. Great support.

I've ordered a few items from GameStop as I've gotten tired of the poor support and slow/incompetent shipping of "the worlds largest" online retailer that ends with -zon.

I had ordered a game from A-zon and waited three days and they hadn't even dispatched it yet. I decided to cancel that order in the morning and order from GameStop instead. Not only was the price slightly lower but I received the game (Witcher 3) the very next day. I also bought my PS4 from GameStop a few months back. I had some questions and they responded to my query in less than an hour through email.

I'm incredibly happy with gamestops quick and efficient service and they will be my first port of call when buying games.

Pleasant Experience

Ordered a console bundle for myself. Gamestop was the cheapest around at the time of shopping. Console was delivered within the time frame although I was given conflicting information from the courier company that they use.

Very good experiance

All customer feedback was very helpful and told me everything i needed to know straight away.

Very reasonable prices for the quality of product you are receiving and would recommend to anyone interested in gaming.

Only small downside i can say is the delivery time.
