Very Satisfied
This was my first time every ordering from GameStop UK and I ordered a PS4 Bundle they had on offer. Ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived on the Thursday afternoon. Parcel was recieved within 48 hours of ordering. I can safely say don't hesitate to order from them and I will be sure to purchase more gaming goods from them.
Expect low standards for the low cost
Ordered a PS4 two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. The delay was chalked up to the lack of stock in their warehouse, to which I have to question why I could still make the purchase if there was no stock.
I was going to give them 2 stars as the customer service correspondence was generally helpful, but their lack of company policies to help make up for mistakes (i.e expedited shipping / some form of compensation) and the fact the customer service only operates between 8 am - 4 pm, has contributed to my parcel being delayed four times longer than the estimated delivery time.
Overall, my shopping experience has been abysmal, and I can only wish that when the console does arrive, it is in working condition or I would have more to say.
You get what you pay for.
I pre-ordered Bloodborne in good time, expecting to get it for launch. It's now 2 days late and there's no post on Sunday, so at best it'll be 3 days late.
Should have coughed up a couple of quid more and bought from Shopto, or a store in town.
Won't use again, certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Having purchased a used game from GameStop.co.uk and returning it, a replacement was sent immediately and the customer service rep could not have been nicer, nor more understanding. He made me feel like my business was important, even though I was only spending a few euro. I was actually very surprised that I got such professional, courteous and immediate customer service for a used game ! The website was easy to navigate and order from and shipping was quite fast and with detailed emails informing me of what was happening with my order. I am quite impressed with the service I received from GameStop.co.uk, thank you.

Was very skeptical about purchasing from this company as it had many good and bad reviews and I had never heard about them. But I liked the sound of the £288.97 deal for a new PS4 console and decided to try out GameStop. Ordered it around 10/11pm Monday evening, it was shipped the following day around 4pm and it came the Wednesday around 2.15pm well packaged. It works really well so very happy would recommend :)

PS4 order
The site was excellent and the customer service was brilliant. If I was to say 2 things that could be improved it would be: 1) telephone lines - I tried to phone multiple times and there was no answer 2) address field - there needs to be an 'address line 1,2,3' field instead of a house number, street, and town field on the order form.

Gamestop Review
Games come on the day or sometimes a day early which is great.
The prices a good as well, though sadly the price of games in general is ever increasing.
For the most part customer support is great, however I have had one or two occasions where it was rather frustrating and unhelpful.
Overall though great customer service, so thanks for the support guys/gals.
A note to other people in regards to customer service, be kind, they won't want to help you if you're vulgar. And be patient, when big titles release they do get a surge of emails so it may take up to several days to get a response. As long as this happens your experience with them should be good, oh and don't expect miracles, they are customer support, not the stock manager, game developer/publisher etc.

I'm writing this review as a counter to the many negative reviews here. I don't do this to defend the company, I do so because I was worried about using them despite their having a good price on the Playstation 4. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them at present.

Dragon age collectors edition turmoil.
Received the above order a day before release, which was great. What was not great is that it had two broken figures, parts were falling off the outside of the collectors box and the version of the game was bog standard, not the deluxe meant to be included.
I decided to be fair, I mean these things happen right? Lets give them a chance to sort it out. Have had no success getting through on the phone, been disconnected multiple times, I've had no response from the online help service and its now been 3 weeks with no word. I've had to repeatedly keep the online case open as the automated system keeps trying to close it down.
I'm now having to dispute the payment with Paypal and my bank. Its been 3 days since I opened the dispute and still no word whatsoever from Gamestop.
I could be angry I guess but its a small price to pay to learn what companies to trust with your purchases. Don't buy from this company. I will be pursuing a full refund until it happens. I've even offered picture proof and to return the product. I've also reported them to EA who have been very kind about the whole thing even giving me the deluxe edition I should have had.
Please don't make the mistake I did with this company, I doubt EA will be again.
