I didn't know the store but I came up while looking for travel/hiking gear and was one of the few retailers in the UK selling brands such as Eagle Creek. Now I have made 2 orders with them and have nothing but good things to say. Very fast dispatch and delivery, I'd say the economy shipping here is faster than many express deliveries where I paid extra elsewhere...

Good Quality Packing Cubes
We bought our first Eagle Creek Cubes 20 years ago and love them. So easy to pack clothes by day when on tour so we can pull the cube out for every night without having to hunt for stuff. Also helps to reduce unnecessary items. These are good quality and value for money. Will be buying more

Excellent customer service
I was driving by the warehouse and popped in on the off chance. Though you can't purchase from the warehouse I was taken inside and shown the backpack I was interested in, excellent customer service and the osprey sojourn 60 that I then bought online was delivered very quickly. It is a fantastic wheeled backpack of which my daughter is delighted with as she travels around Australia and Indonesia.
