I needed replacement springs and s-hooks for a very old automatic garage door - found all the parts and they were delivered incredibly quickly. They were identical to the originals and I fitted them myself without any issues. Garage door now working perfectly.

Best customer service I’ve ever had, hands down.

I ordered a part and thought that I would have to return it as I did not have the old key. When I tried to exchange my product for one over twice the price, they were more than honourable and informed me that I could in fact use the cheaper product without old key, and then went out of their way and provided me with bespoke instructions to change the lock. Within an hour of me contacting them, I had changed the lock, and all this was on a Sunday!!!

What a great company to deal with. I had been struggling to get a key cut for my lock. Checked eBay and found this company who were able to supply a new lock barrel and three keys for the price of one replacement key. Would definitely recommend.

Biggest dread before Christmas, the garage door throws a spanner in the works. My 3mtr door packed up leaving me to wind it down manually. I needed some new roller shutter fobs for my place of work, with a system that was installed long before my employers took on the building. Reached out to GDP UK with some photos and they quickly came back to me with a link to the correct fobs. Ordered 3 and they sent me pairing instructions. Tried to pair the fobs and couldnt get my receiver unit to go into pairing mode, reached out again to GDP who gave me great advice which worked! Really quick to reply to emails and really helpful! will use again if we need to replace/buy new fobs for staff!

We had a few problems at the very start of our setup. However, an email to garagedoorpartsuk was all that was needed. Very helpful and would highly recommend.

In trying to source a replacement lock for my garage door, I found that lock was no longer available. I contacted this company who directed me to a compatible lock and the criteria necessary to specify the correct one. Both the advice and lock were provided efficiently and accurately.
