I purchased a garage door remote and was promptly sent the instructions on how to programme it. How ever the instructions were for numerous remotes and I struggled to find which ones I needed to use. After a quick phone call I recieved an email telling me which instructions to follow. Less than 5 minutes later my new remote was working. Excellent after sales.

The staff at GarageDoorParts were very helpful and spent time researching a possible solution. Although this would have worked I decided to replace the controller with a Neco Euro unit with infrared beam.

I took my original springs which were inspected to ensure I was provided with the same/similar ones. I had some questions after inserting the springs back home which they provided the solutions for. My roller shutter garage door would not open or close . I called Garage Door Parts for advice and they identified that the problem was a faulty motor. I ordered their advised replacement from them on Friday with a Standard 4 day delivery. The motor arrived the next day. Now fitted and working perfectly. I went to lock my garage this morning after I'd been in it and discovered I had a problem with the lock barrel on my Gliderol door.

I am reasonably DIY handy so I took the lock off and looked where I could get a replacement. These guys happened to come up on Google but as it turns out they were only about 5 miles from me so unbelievably useful considering I have quite a lot of high value stuff in my garage, I was able to go and collect by appointment from their business premises.

These guys had a really in-depth knowledge as there was a couple of different variations for my Door and not only did they give me the correct advice when I turned up they were really friendly and made sure it was definitely the right thing - it was clear they knew what they were talking about and businesses like this should not be overlooked. This kind of knowledge is worth a Fortune. Had I called the garage door repair person out I would've expected the bill of £150 at least as it stands it cost me under £40.
