Was going to be ripped off by this firm. our neighbours paid £2600, for the exact door same size £4500 just weeks later. Highly recommend Gorilla doors, paying half for extreme quality.

Be very wary of purchasing a Hormann garage door. Both the manufacturer and garage doors lancashire are terrible. The quality is not as advertised. They use the 10 year warranty to attract customers to buy the product however when it doesn’t last even 3 years they use a small clause in the warranty to get out of fixing it. The warranty is clearly written carefully here to prevent the customer having any come back when the product will inevitably not last as it is advertised. Especially when spending over 1000 pounds. If I could give it 0 I would. Do not buy either a Hormann garage door or from Garage doors Lancashire Both have extremely poor customer service. They claim that we damaged/didnt maintain our garage door, Yet they came out to rectify it the first time so this is clearly untrue. The second time they used it as a get out clause to not rectify the poor quality of their products. AVOID!!

Called yesterday about badly damaged garage door frame, they arrived to fix it when they said they would and very reasonable price

I was recommended Garage Doors Lancashire Ltd by some friends. The man who came to give an estimate could have easily lied and told me I needed a brand new garage door. I would have been none the wiser. However, he told me that it only needed a slight adjustment and in two minutes my garage door was working again! Very impressed by his professionalism and integrity. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommendable.

Garage door fitted on 28/3/2022. I would recommend this company to everyone. I required a bespoke garage door, the process was worry free from the site survey to its installation. The door that I required came from Germany and arrived within the timescale quoted, the fitters were excellent with 20 years experience. This company has been supplying garage doors for over 40 years and this was one of the reason that I chose them, the other being that they are a family run local business. Any company running that long must be doing things right. Look no where else, this company is the place to go. I thank them for their excellent service.

New garage doors fitted 9th June. Excellent service from start to finish. Doors not a regular size Peter and Martin sorted out very quickly what we needed. Look so smart now. Thank you to the fitters and all the team.

We had a new garage door from this family company. The whole experience was so easy and straightforward. They helped us to choose the exact door to suit our requirements without us ever feeling pushed or under pressure in any way. They liaised with us to agree a fitting date that suited us, rather than them. The fitting team were meticulous and took away all the rubbish and packaging as well as the old door. They made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before they left and showed me how to maintain the door in as new condition. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone.
