Some of the holes didn’t quite line up on one cross bar during assembly of my new cold frame but my partner managed to make it fit with a bit of a struggle and we didn’t complain.
Out of the blue we had a phone call to say they were tracking down potential incorrectly manufactured items, arranged to send out a replacement which we received within a couple of days and now all fits perfectly.

I bought my greenhouse several years ago (2018) and ordered replacement glass as we broke a pane when moving it. Got an e-mail and call from Access Gardens asking if it was in relation to this product as if so, I had ordered the wrong size. Great service and attention to detail.
Although the delivery did not go smoothly (couriers fault) again Access followed up with a call to let me know what was happening, then checked that everything had been delivered and all was ok.
Would happily buy from them again.

Easy to order, delivered quicker than expected, well packaged in cardboard but a little too many plastic bags inside. Greenhouse was easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive. Greenhouse is good quality and perfect for our small garden. It's a 'lean to' and we have fitted it against our greenhouse in the absence of a wall, and built our own wooden base for it to sit on. Lots of room for my seedlings and larger, tender plants. Very happy, would highly recommend!

The staff were very helpful. The grow house I bought was relatively easy to construct and fits my needs perfectly.

Westminster mini greenhouse. I recently ordered a mini greenhouse from access garden products. I have to say the service was excellent.
The greenhouse arrived in 3 packs & was straightforward to put together. It was hard to go wrong given the comprehensive instruction sheets.
Their products are not cheap but are excellent.
It was actually ordered by my wife but guess who assembled it.

I have just completed the assembly of a Harwood greenhouse with glass back and louvre vent, powder coated in Racing Green. I’m very pleased with the greenhouse and with the excellent service I’ve received from Access Garden Products.
It’s often possible to sense the culture of a company from the interactions you have with them and this has certainly been the case with Access. They took a lot of care to get everything right on delivery arrangements, even checking that I’d received the correct number of packages post delivery. They have a generous approach to late reporting of damaged or missing components. The box of parts included a slip giving the name of the staff member who packed it. The impression given was that they really are passionate about getting everything right and ensuring a good customer experience.
The toughened glass and greenhouse components were extremely well packed. Finish on the powder coated aluminium parts is excellent and appears extremely durable. I really would recommend paying a bit extra for the powder coated finish for long term durability as well as appearance.
The greenhouse went together without problems. As always with these jobs, it’s essential to read the instructions carefully and pay close attention to the pictures.
I decided to fit a strong base to the greenhouse, using 5mm aluminium chequer plate and securing it to the base of the greenhouse with countersunk stainless steel socket screws fitted from underneath the chequer plate. A base stiffens it up effectively but the angle brackets provided would be equally effective.
There is a knack to fitting the handles to the glass sheets. Wetting them before fitting does help and pressure can be applied effectively by working at waist height and pulling towards the body with both hands free.

Ordered the Hampton 5’ mini greenhouse in Cotswold green and I’m absolutely delighted with it! The quality is simply superb and it looks brilliant. My husband thoroughly enjoyed putting it together and the instructions were as clear as they could be - having photos and diagrams with a description was really helpful. A special mention to the fab customer service team who were so helpful and really pleasant - they really care about their customers. Highly recommend the product and the company, and would definitely use them again

Great customer service, kept informed of each stage of ordering and despatch. Goods arrived very well packaged in a safe and secure way. Instructions to assemble the Growhouse were clear and helpful, especially if watched in parallel to the YouTube video. A couple of times an entry needed reading carefully and applying the picture to the reality but on the whole assembly was easy and all the parts fitted. Growhouse is well made, stable and the glass fits and slides easily. Very happy.

We decided to visit the showroom last week to view the displays. The lady there was very helpful and we decided there and then to purchase the 4 foot growhouse with deluxe upgrade plus the Louvre vent. A very kind man helped us load everything into my car. I assembled the growhouse within a couple of days. The instructions were very concise and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I have now stocked it full of plants and fruit and everything is working fine especially the watering system. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent product all round: speedy delivery with good tracking and follow-up check, high quality components, needs careful assembly but instructions very clear. Looks like it will last!

I ordered a 3/4 Greenhouse which arrived fairly quickly and i was notified by email all the way which was excellent. The quality of the components are very good. It recommends silicone sealant which you definitely need and at least 2 of you to hold bits together. We found the instructions quite hard to follow especially as the 2 end glass panels didn't fit up into the metal plates, even after watching youtube and knowing we were doing it correctly we had to improvise and get the glass to rise a fraction by using plastic bungs in the bottom of the frame otherwise only the silicone was holding them in. The rest was fairly easy to follow, although a few more close up pictures would help. Took 2 fairly savvy females over 3 hours to put up. Apart from that i'm really pleased with it and would order from them again. No idea how people manage to put up a bigger one!

I am part way through building the Exbury greenhouse, the largest lean-to style greenhouse. The company seem really good, I ordered by telephone after feeling a bit confused by the options in the catalogue/online and I was straight through to someone knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the parts and fixings is great I think this greenhouse will last a very long time.
The only issue I'm experiencing is that I'm finding the assembly process is stretching my abilities, the instructions are not unclear but it does take some time to process and understand what to do at each stage, and there are an awful lot of components none of which are pre-assembled. I have three small children so I can only really work on it in hour-long sessions in and among the rest of life and it's hard to get to grips with the parts etc with small people waving bits around 'helping'. When I ordered the greenhouse there was an option to pay for staff from Access to erect the greenhouse for you on site, this seemed very expensive but in retrospect I think it was probably worth it, I've been working on it for about 5-6 hours so far and I haven't got the glass in yet. I've not marked the company down for this as it isn't their fault I just want to warn anyone getting a larger greenhouse who is short on time/not amazing at DIY to consider paying for assembly or getting help with assembly from sympathetic friends/family.

We chose a Value 3/4 Growhouse from many online options with price a major factor. We were not disappointed.
Customer service was exemplary: Access tracked delivery and called us unprompted when one of the packages was damaged in transit. A replacement followed immediately.
The materials are first class and the self-assembly instructions easy to follow (not always the case).
The end result is an excellent cold frame.
