I bought a Value 3/4 mid-sized Growhouse for my wife recently and have just finished assembling and installing it on its raised bed. We were impressed with Growhouse's video clips of their products and found the company most helpful to deal with. It's now starting to fill up with plants and seedlings. We are delighted with it. The quality of the design is remarkable. It's a really elegant looking structure, with those slender legs and rails and big glass sheets. The purpose-designed aluminium profiles are very clever, as is the assembly system. Everything was there, everything fitted perfectly, all good quality components, notably the stainless steel bolts and screws. The instructions are explicit and clear. Thank you so much for an excellent product. I just want to add a word for other purchasers: follow those instructions carefully, the sequence of operations is carefully planned; take your time. When you come to putting on the glass side panels, don't make my mistake: my beads of silicone sealant were too thin and irregular, which means they squashed into irregular blotches instead of a continuous layer across the faces of the legs. Perfectly solid mechanically but ever so slightly spoiling the slender geometrical precision of the structure, when looked at from the side. Put on a thick and continuous bead, and wipe off any surplus that gets squeezed out.

I have just purchased a 6x4 cold frame and raised bed from Access Garden Products. I was delighted with this purchase both items were of the highest quality and easy to assemble. I would happily recommend Access garden Products to any gardeners and I will be a returning customer.

Great service and communication from placing the order to delivery. The growhouse is exactly as described and is sturdy and of a great build quality. Clear instructions are provided as well as an online video which makes it easy to put together. Would definitely buy from them again.

If you purchase from Access then please read the restrictions on the 25 year guarantee. We have one of their 4' Growhouses. On cold mornings when the doors freeze shut and some effort needs to applied to open the front panels a fault in the design means that the side panels on the top of the unit can easily bend. When I called the company (and spoke to the MD) they admitted it was a fault, and more bolts had been added to the side in newer models. As this was a design fault I expected this to be covered by the guarantee, but it's not and I had to pay for replacement side panels. If you are gentle with them then they work very well, but I would not recommend if you want something that is going to last you a long while and you live in an area prone to frosts. Disappointing as I like to support British companies but they are one of these companies who are great when you want to purchase, but aftersales is very poor.

Purchased a lean too greenhouse from this company after having trouble ordering online due to lockdown issues. Eventually phoned to try to rectify problem. The staff went out of their way to order product quickly and get it powder coated at short notice. It was delivered on time and well packed.

The product was well designed and instructions for assembly were clear and very helpful. It is very well manufactured and everything was clearly labelled.

We checked all the parts as requested when the greenhouse arrived and all parts were there and in tact.

When assembling my husband realised that one of the pipes for the watering system was the wrong size and a piece of gauze was missing. I emailed customer services straight away and they replied within hours querying whether we also needed washers before they posted out replacement parts. Couldn't have asked for more prompt and courteous service. Would not hesitate to use the company again.

I ordered a Hampton Classic Mini-Greenhouse and accessories with a lead time of 5 weeks. It was despatched after 2 weeks which was great.
Some packages were missing from my delivery but Access sorted everything out professionally and quickly.
The quality of the greenhouse is outstanding and the cost reflects this. A 25 year guarantee on the frame and 4mm toughened glass gives peace of mind.
I can fully recommend this product.

It has been a pleasure to do business with this company. I recently purchased a 4ft half growhouse which was ready earlier than the due date, well packed and safely delivered.

I am a novice at self assembly, but the instructions were very clear and I managed to construct the growhouse by myself. I had a query during the assembly and the staff were helpful and courteous.

The growhouse is sturdy and of good quality and I am very pleased with this product.

Sheer pleasure. I was sorry to reach the end of the job of putting our coldframe together!
It is most unusual to find instructions that are very clearly written and which relate exactly to the diagrams.
And the product itself - excellent. Well made, robust, just right for the garden.

Def not for the feint hearted, over 4 hours to construct instruction sheet confusing, pics poor. BUT I am a mere female! Finally erected rather disappointed in the shelving a bit Fred Karno after quality of the frames engineering. Packed well for delivery FEDEX tracking a joke! Access though seem on the ball. Overall woudnt wish to try & build a larger model. Rubber gloves a must for fitting handles onto glass & a good tool set!

I bought a '4' Half Growhouse from Access Garden Products. I could not find a way to leave a review on their own website, so maybe somebody will stumble on this. Somebody has to be first!
I am now old enough to understand the term 'good old fashioned service', which is the way that this company do business. Their communications are clear, concise and polite. The delivery, by Fedex, was well packed and accompanied by a generous warranty and with terms to cover glass breakage in transit.

Not much chance of glass breakage however, as the 8 panes in two cartons were very well packed, with a protective rim of timber around all four sides. Every pane of glass has the edges ground and rounded over - not a single sharp edge! The frame is strong, cleverly designed around some cunning aluminium extrusions and immaculately manufactured. It was a real pleasure to build up the kit - Meccano for grown-ups, with the aid of a Youtube video and clear instruction manual.

If I have one tiny criticism it is that the two shelves are of only limited use until they a supplemented with some weld mesh or rigid plastic. Only full size seed trays will safely balance across the widely spaced bars, so some surplus UPVC board will be added to give a more usable flat surface.

However, overall a superb service and a superb product!
