From start to finish the process of ordering etc been straight forward no issues

Received delivery on checking all there noticed roll of felt missing Phoned customer service missing roll delivered 3 days later

A defective part needed replacement, but this took 2 weeks to arrive. As I'd booked time off work to build the summerhouse (part was for base) I had to purchase the relevant part from a local timber merchant to get the job started.

Don't believe what they say
Don't believe what they say. We ordered in April and still it hasn't arrived in June. Are they legit ot just a scam company?
They say 6-7 weeks delivery but they haven't met that deadline. We ordered in April and now it's June and still no delivery.

We brought a wooden greenhouse 9x6 we started to put it up and there is about 10 to 12 bits missing from it and no instructions how to build it up and when we called them all they was saying I cant hear you call back.
So please don't order from there's people.

Its poor, shocking low quality

This has not been resolved, we have been refused a vat invoice a number of times.
WE ARE NOW TAKING ACTION VIA THE FINANCE COMPANY AND THE OMBUDSMAN AS WE HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON A NUMBER OF TIMES AGAIN TODAY.
Its poor, really poor! I ordered my cabin pressure treated and it looked like it was treated on the day when it came soaking wet! Of course it dried and warped..this is cheep timber that continued to crack and split when being installed. Its still not up stright and never will be. Its heart breaking that £3600 of poor cheep product is sat in my garden. I need it for my business or i would of sent it back. Im still waiting to hear back from them where i have been over charged but i can see ill being going to the Ombudsman before i get a reply. Personally i would avoid this company with a very wide berth..no duobt there will be we're sorry for this reply from the company, however there not very sorry for being difficult to deal with after taking the payments.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased as the quality of the product although delivered when they said it would be.
The quality of the product is quite poor for the amount of money I have spent and would have expected quality control to have been better.
Disappointed and will unfortunately not purchase from this company again.

Customer service and delivery really good. My reason for the score is based on the product. The frames were not all aligned and unfortunately my builder had extra work to make the walls fit. The soft wood is flimsy and easily broken. Although I had paid a discounted price I would have been heartbroken completely if paid the full price. The roof came in a tongue and groove format and personally I’ve always had sheets which would have been more sturdy and durable. I know it does say this on its description but I didn’t expect it to be so flimsy. Grateful to my friend and builder. 5 hours is an under statements , more like two days. Would I buy from you again, not totally sure.

Absolutely terrible after sales
One star if I could give less I would customer service appalling my Do Jo was delivered some parts with no labelling others with wrong labelling I’ve been sent some things that aren’t pressure treated with different codes not on the list I was sent been trying to get a call back from a manger for 3 days I’m that stressed I can’t begin to tell do I called 3 times today they kept me waiting for nearly half an hour and just cut me off I called again no one available I received an email asking for photos and measurements just be for their closing time a complete joke NOT order from this it company they’ve had over £5.000 of of me and at the moment I’m stuck as I have no idea what parts I have please beware make sure you read reviews I didnt my stupidity

Delivery was day early had no warning or phone call just arrived at 9 am.
Instructions are not very clear and hard to under stand even neighbour struggled who is a joiner.
Checked everything off and one part was the wrong size. Had other ordering a new one from you.
Went to fix the base together and it didnt line up and floor panels didnt run the same. Floor could be stronger
Roof needs to be looked at and stronger wood used as ours dropped in the middle. Had to put extra support in to strengthen it.
Tongue and grove on the roof ran out.
Its together but with a lot of help from neighbours.
Will not be recommending this company to friends or family.

The building itself if lovely and what a good idea having 2 sections. But the doors to the sunhouses area are appalling very filmsy didn't line up right what ever we did and they didn't evn fit the gap, they are too small.

Stay away at all costs - POOR customer service and POOR standard of products
I ordered the following two products with the company, spending over £2000.
Order 1: GBD2331488
Product: BillyOh Tianna Log Cabin Summerhouse with Side Store – 14x8 (4.0 x 2.5m), Tianna 28mm.
While attempting to install the roof, I identified that the boards provided are not of the correct specification and are insufficient in quantity to complete the build.
The boards supplied measure 11mm x 4.75 inches, whereas the specification indicates they should be 11mm x 6 inches. As a result, there are not enough boards to cover the roof area.
The items that should have been supplied are as follows:
• 35725 x 3 – 11HM6-2094D (Pack of 10) – 11mm 6-inch T&G Matchboard (H&M) – L2094
• 35726 x 1 – 11HM6-2094D (Pack of 6) – 11mm 6-inch T&G Matchboard (H&M) – L2094
Based on the roof size (2411mm, as shown in the attached photo) and the delivered board width of 102mm, 23 boards are required per half of the roof, totalling 46 boards. However, only 36 incorrectly sized boards were supplied (please see attached evidence).
I therefore request that you either:
• Arrange delivery of additional boards matching the size already supplied to complete the build, or
• Replace the incorrect boards with the correct 6-inch specification as originally ordered.
Order 2: BS459311
Product: BillyOh Switch Overlap Pent Shed
During assembly, I discovered that several components were either missing or damaged, which required me to place an additional order to obtain the necessary parts.
Order Number: RDM314834-BS459311
Missing/damaged parts:
• 2 x 41446 – Section OL 4ft Valance Panel Plain (W1172 x H119mm)
• 10 x 25813 – Spare Part: Top or Bottom Framing L1.116m
• 4 x 25811 – Spare Part: Top or Bottom Framing L0.53m
• 6 x 32204 – PL-11x40-2100-SQ – 11mm x 40mm Planed Strip
Overall Concern
I am extremely disappointed that both orders have arrived with incorrect or missing components. This has caused considerable delays to the build process and has resulted in additional costs and inconvenience.
Given the issues outlined above, I request:
• Prompt resolution of the outstanding material issues, and
• Appropriate compensation for the delays, additional expense, and time lost due to these errors.
I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution, as I have a summerhouse half built with no way of covering from the elements so there will be internal damage, water damage.
They couldn't even be bothered to call me back, I had to chase the company again for my product. I asked what they are going to do to compensate me for my wasted time, nothing at all.
Very rude and waste ot time customer service, POOR company with POOR products to match.
Spend that little extra to get a better product and avoid this company at all costs.
Happy to take your money but do nothing in return when they are at fault for missing parts, wrong parts and damaged parts.
Just to highlight, this was purchased as relax room for my AUTISTIC daughter, they didn't even care as a company, disgusting.
STAY AWAY
UPDATE - 29/06/26
Opened up the doors to the summerhouse to find that all door handles and hinges are missing. Yet anther phone call and 30 minute wait to get to speak to somebody.
Now I have to wait for the parts, really not good enough. Can't access my account and they don't want to provide an email to forward my complaint.
Lets see if Management call me or customer support.
