Hidden fees

As with the previous review. This company advertise goods that they don't have in stock and from email contact, it is clear that what I ordered had been out of stock for months. I requested a refund and was then charged hidden fees. I'm sure that somewhere in the T's n C's they will be mentioned, but who on earth reads every part of T's n C's. Life is too short!
All a bit shoddy and underhand.
AVOID.

Re your response..... I have emails from Pedro from this email address 'gardenfurniturespain.com' so unless there is another company of the same name as yours then it is clearly the same company.

HIDDEN FEES

ALSO Known as Qualis and other country names.

All goes well until order placement. Then informs delivery date much later, but you can cancel your order. BUT when you wish to cancel order they have hidden terms where they will charge fees. Don't use avoid.

we have tried to reach-out to you, but no reply from yourself, Our Team in Spain does not recall an experience in anyway with yourself , which location was the issue, Costa Blanca or Costa del sol? or was this an online purchase? if you can let us know we will try to resolve your problem. As i investigate this i only see a purchase from garden furniture brands in the UK so not garden furniture spain, also i see you purchased from Garden Furniture Centre in the UK, again, this is not garden furniture spain. from what i can see you had 2 orders with 2 different companies.
