We are so pleased with the rabbit hutch we bought. The gentlemen who brought and installed it was very polite and courteous. The hutch is beautifully made, it will last a very long time. An excellent investment.

Ordered the 6ft hutch on top of the 8ft run, and I'm extremely impressed with the whole process. I was slightly nervous to order a hutch online as it can be a bit of a minefield, but after reading previous reviews on here I decided to place an order with Garden Woodcraft. Lots of communication from Steve throughout on how things were going, and the finished product is excellent. The build quality of the hutch and run is brilliant, I can tell it's going to last a long time. This one is one of the newer designed ones with the run top pulling up easily via hinges and rope which makes accessing the hutch and run extremely easy. The bunny is also very happy with it, and once I trained her to use the ramp she refused to go back to where she was living before! Happy bunny and happy humans, thanks Steve!

We are so pleased with this hutch and it’s a complete hit with Max and Ruby. Like others we initially bought a (quite expensive) hutch that we thought would be great; it failed on so many levels. I started looking for a replacement almost immediately and do loads of research. It was a few months later we finally settled on Steve and his business.
Customer service personal and second to none. Payment on delivery and assembly - which was on time and expertly put together in no time by Steve himself.
The actual hutch is solid in construction, got some real weight on it, well built and looks great! We went for a 6ft double hutch with some winter panels and an opening kit for the roof (recommended for a hutch this size in our opinion). We also got the pressure treatment. Although this hutch is not insignificant in cost, it’s still less than others I researched and the quality speaks for itself. I can’t see us ever needing to replace this.

My first purchase of a off the shelf store hutch had no longevity, it was week and easily chewed, both rabbits are small however with regards to RSPCA standards most hutches sold are not of size.

Upon contacting Garden Woodcraft, the process was seamless, honest and personal.

The process explained, the timings confirmed and communication with regards too delivery were to point.

The product is strong, well made spacious, and designed with the animal in mind. Not only that it looks great and the rabbits are very happy with their home.

We have other animals, and are already considering a further purchase for our chickens.

Very happy with our new hutch, the build quality is superb. Everything fits together perfectly and it really is solid, with some very thoughtful features. Having gone through quite a few cheaper - though not always inexpensive - hutches from pet supermarkets (the last of which barely lasted a year) I'm confident that our two rabbits will never have to move house again! We chose the double 4ft hutch with a downstairs run, it's very spacious and well designed allowing ample access for cleaning out. The only other thing worth mentioning is how good Steve was at keeping us informed throughout the process, from ordering the hutch through to arranging to come and build it for us. If you're not sure about anything, give him a ring; we initially left a message with some questions before ordering, he replied very quickly and told us all we needed to know regarding the hutch and the process of ordering and delivery. Highly recommended both in terms of quality and service.

After acquiring 2 Rabbits and a very poor flimsy hutch our first thoughts were to get them a house and run that would meet their requirements as well as withstand torrential West Yorkshire rain. After doing much research we settled on a 6ft hutch with an 8 foot run and we and the Rabbits are so pleased with our decision. What a top guy Steve is to match a top quality product with fantastic build quality. The run Steve has designed is fantastic with a pull back lid allowing really good access to the hutch. We also ordered a few extras including the winter panel which although summer has proved invaluable with the driving rain. Really can’t rate Steve and the quality of the product highly enough.

We are a children's nursery school, so wanted a really lovely and robust and large living space for two big rabbits, where children could see them and interact with them. We ordered a large hutch with a big run underneath. We waited the promised six weeks as it was being made to order and are absolutely thrilled with the result. a quality well made, tough product that will withstand the inquisitive children and cheeky rabbits. we have previously purchased hutches from local shops etc and they are a soft wood that does not last five minutes. this is so strong i could stand on the timber frames and it would support me. excellent really pleased.

Initially I was a little apprehensive to order online not being able to see the product first as there is a lot of rubbish out there, but payment in delivery gave me confidence to order. And I am so glad I did order my hutch from Garden Woodcraft as the build quality and materials used to build my rabbit hutch are great and I’m so happy with it, it’s going to last years. Highly recommend paying extra for the hinged roof as it makes cleaning and airing out the hutch so much easier. You can’t readily buy what Steve will make you, it is definitely worth paying a little extra for. 😁

I would highly recommend the rabbit cage that was purchased. You get what you pay for, a good product. A very good service and arrived when advised through emails. Really pleased.

I heartily recommend Garden Woodcraft. After getting tired of buying a new guinea pig hutch each year, only for them to be flimsy or break, or not quite the right size for our garden, we decided to bite the bullet and have one custom made, but based on some of Steve's existing templates.

The hutch is absolutely perfect for our needs, based on our spec, which we discussed with Steve over the phone, taking his advice on how we could design it to meet our requirements. It's also super sturdy, but designed to be easy to move around our garden so the grass doesn't die underneath it. It's a quality job, and throughout Steve kept us informed of the build process.

On the arranged day of delivery, Steve personally drove the hutch down to us in Surrey, from Shropshire (along with a few other deliveries he was making that weekend). He arrived bang on time, put the hutch together quickly, talked us through how to maintain it, and then headed off. A brilliant piece of customer service, and a quality product that will clearly last us for years, made by a real gent. Thanks!

These products are seriously well made. I’ve always had cheap flat pack hutches in the past, and I’ve had to replace them about once every 18 months. It’s great to know I will get 10+ years out of this, plus I don’t have to recoat it either. Would highly recommend!
