Excellent service. Fantastic Engineer

My boiler needed its yearly service so I left a message in Gasteam inbox. Within a couple of hours I had a call back. The service was prompt and efficient, the engineer friendly and honest: when I suggested replacing the hot water tank thermostat because it was very old, he told me it was not necessary. I also had to be difficult and change the appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly call on them again.

The jobs were completed quickly and efficiently and the areas were left clean and tidy. I'd recommend Gasteam to everyone.

Contacted gasteam online late Saturday by the end of Tuesday all the work was done and every thing was left clean and tidy. All office staff were freandly and helpful and the engineer that did the work was also frendly and very helpful. I now understand how to get the best from my boiler.

The gentleman who came to give a quote was very helpful and not all pushy but listened to what I wanted rather than telling me what was on offer.

Gasteam carried the whole process out very efficiently and were very helpful in terms of working around my needs.

Had Gas Team out to repair my boiler, fantastic from start to finish. Quick simple and no nonsense or stupid prices. Confident engineer and very knowledgeable, diagnosed and rectified in record time. Will be using again for our annual service.

We used Gasteam to replace a old hot water cylinder and unblock the blockage of limescale withing the pipework. We were desperate for a quick turnaround as our tenant had no hot water. I spoke with Andy who was very helpful and informative. He managed to fit us in straight away. The new cylinder was re plumbed and the hot water is now back to normal. Extremely happy with the service. We have used Gasteam on a few other occasions since and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The company came out to me very quickly and gave me a timeslot so I didn't have to wait in all day.

They turned up on time and did a very good job, solving a plumbing problem that another plumber we tried was unable to identify.

Not only was the price reasonanle the engineer who carried out our new boiler installation was very professional and kept us updated at all times he cleared up after himself and before he left made sure I understood how to work the new boiler..very impressed! ! Will definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.
