This is the 2nd time I've used Gasteam.

Job was to replace 3 way valve and service the boiler. Quoted a competitive price, arrived on time and carried out the work promptly and efficiently.

Nothing is too difficult for this professional company - highly recommended.

They arrived when they said, they charged what they agreed and did a good job. If only you could say that about all plumbers! I will use them again.

Great service. Was in a spot of bother with no heat and hot water. The guys git down quickly to give me a quote and carried out the repair quickly and professionally. Very pleased with after care service as the guys answered my questions quickly.

Although I only had a boiler service I was very pleased with the service. The engineer was very polite and amiable. He did his job well and was happy to answer questions. Would definitely use again.

Gas-team are a friendly, honest and committed company in my dealings with them.

Had a new boiler installed due to existing one at end of life.
Firstly, proposed boiler and it's features were explained in detail.
Excellent install by engineer, work was completed in one day to a high standard and left with very tidy pipework, engineer left no mess and ensured we were comfortable with the operation of the boiler before leaving.
Gasteam were helpful from beginning to end.
Initially this review got 5 stars, fast forward a year and the service is due.
I also noticed a small leak coming from bottom of boiler.
Phoned on numerous occasions and only got voicemail, left a couple of messages with contact details and got no reply. I sent an email and again got no response. I then decided to book the service through the website, I received no feedback and on the day no engineer.
I can only assume they've gone out of business but website is still active or this is the worst customer service I've ever seen - so much so that this is the first negative review I've ever posted about anyone!

Couldn't fault the company! All issues that occurred while installing a new boiler was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Would definitely recommend.

We had Gasteam out to install a new boiler at our factory in Milton Keynes. From start to finish the team were professional and helpful. Upon completion the director attended to make sure the installation was up to scratch and to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Gasteam.

Since I have met Andrew @ Gas Team, I have not contacted any plumbers. However small the problem, Andrew deals with it efficiently & promptly. I trust him implicitly so much so I don't even ask how much the job would cost knowing fully well that he will charge a reasonable and competitive price. He has a heart of gold. Bless him.

Although it took three visit for my boiler to be repaired, each engineer was friendly, professional and very helpful. Total cost was good value. Happy to use Gas Team again and would recommend them.
