I bought some boots on a personal visit to the Ambleside shop some years ago. The service and price was marvellous. I prefer to support independent shops, so every time I need walking clothing, my first port of call is Gaynors. I have never been disappointed by service or price. I recommend them highly.

My hiking boots arrived quickly and were exactly as described. Price was very good too.

I bought from Gaynor Sports online, but returned the item as it was the wrong size. They only returned part of my payment so I am very unhappy and would never use them again.
I pointed out they should provide a full refund as indicated by online selling regulations, but they argued and passed text that related to general selling regulations (online sales have different rules).

I'm always dubious when using a company, I've never used before, especially when you see a good deal. Well, I can say, I am well impressed with my walking shoes. Really good quality and exactly as described on the add. I was a bit surprised they didn't come in a box but, they still turned up without any damage. I wouls shop there again based on this purchase.

We had a great experience purchasing 2 chairs from Gaynor Sports. PayPal wasn't connecting but when I phoned Gaynor Sports both staff members that I spoke to were very helpful. The chairs were at a great price and arrived quickly and safely. We will definitely use Gaynor Sports again.

I had a mixed experience with Gaynor Sports. They offer good prices and fast delivery, but packaging could be improved, and customer service needs better clarity in resolving issues. My purchase was handled efficiently, but some aspects left room for improvement. Not certain I’d return, but an OK experience overall.
