First time I’ve bought online from the company, used to be able to shop in the real world in Ambleside.
Very easy to order and the goods arrived very quickly.
The only concern is the person or persons preparing the items for dispatch didn’t give enough thought to the internal protection to the goods.
The external cardboard recycled Osprey carton had puncture damage which showed up on the inner cardboard box.
Despite this I would consider further purchase

Ordering was fine but using an outdated postal service which is expensive and did not allow tracking of parcel even though a link was sent . Royal Mail is behind the times and Gaynors should make the effort and find a more reliable service provider

Terrible experience - website states that they ship to Europe, you can choose address and everything, can pay and then they cancel your order by telling they don't ship to EU since Brexit. That was years ago, I can't believe such company can't fix their webiste for years by blocking sales to EU and changing information on the website. On my request to change the delivery address to UK address they told that I have to make a new order but it was not possible due to item sbeing out of stock when I wanted to place new order as turns out they actually never had items in stock on top of the fact they don't ship to Europe. Customer service is not helping and does not care at all about their customers.
