And the simple truth is they are cheaper to supply and send than buying from other suppliers
It's as simple as that.
The item arrives as promised on-time packaged and addressed correctly

The on-line prices are tempting but that's only any good if you receive your order.

I was informed my order was sent, but it is now more than a week overdue and I have had no response from the 'customer service department' to my requests for replacements or a refund. It therefore looks as though I will have to raise a payment dispute with my credit card provider.
