Wrong frame - no customer service response
I recently ordered a black A2 (42 x 59.4 cm) frame and instead received a white 50 x 70 cm frame. Excellent next day delivery but still waiting for someone to contact me almost two weeks later to sort out this out.

Fed up with plastic sagging, bending, fading, cracking frames.. purchase a sturdy stunning wooden poster frame - so many sizes to choose from - came overnight, well packed and poster hung.. Result!

Ordered a item for mother's day a week ago for 48hr delivery. No tracking provided, no notification of dispatch, no communication for the 4 times ive messaged in. Honestly seems like a scam site and I'm contacting my bank for my money back.
