Wanted to order a jacket from them but wanted to ask a couple of questions first as returns weren't free so wanted to make sure I bought the right size. Asked questions using their chat service but no reply also tried to call with no luck but finally managed to get through to them using their Facebook profile. When I did get through they were pleasant and helpful.

Very interesting easily navigable website full of tempting stuff at reasonable prices. Excellent delivery and helpful follow up. My Keen sandals are brilliant but I'm going to have to exchange for 1/2 size larger.

Delighted with the service from this company. Parcel delivered on the day after ordering. This is very impressive service from such a small company. Also like that they use Royal Mail as if i'm not in and parcel is too large for letterbox I can collect from local post office. Keep up the good work girls!

Initially put off by the name Gearforgirls, thinking it would be all pink, fluffy and useless I was pleasantly surprised to find all my favourite brands. Found the walking shoes I wanted at the cheapest price, ordered late afternoon they arrived next day with free postage. I've now recommended you to all my walking friends. Well done.

Fantastic service: deparately needed new ski trousers as stupidly thought the ones from 6 years ago would still fit and only tried them on 3 days before my holiday - doh! Gearforgirls to the rescue: Ordered late Wednesday evening and arrived Friday morning. Perfect fit at a super reduced price. I purchased a pair of walking shoes that I needed at short notice - I ordered on the Sunday and paid for the express delivery, they arrived promptly (and on time) on the Tuesday. The shoes I purchased (North Face) appear to be in perfect condition and fitted nicely, and were at a great price compared to other websites. Would recommend Gearforgirls on this basis.
