I have now had my Tackle Tracker since August 2016, and during this time Tackle Tracker has done everything I could have asked for.

Recently my Caravan was broken into, but alongside my normal alarm this Tackle Tracker proved invaluable.

Whenever I have had an issue, Tackle Tracker have always bent over backwards to resolve all issues or problems that have arisen.

This is one product that I can Highly Recommend without a Quibble, and it's not often that you can give a company that rating.

This is a Total Peace of Mind Product.

Great product, id performs exactly as described and is very simple to set up. I hope I never have to use it in anger but the Tackle tracker does give me peace of mind.

The Tackle Tracker appears to be working ok. A test activation resulted in messages to my mobile including a link to Google Maps showing the location of my caravan. So far no further notifications and no false alarms. I have no reservation in recommending this device to anyone looking for an inexpensive tracker device which actually works. Support from Tackle Tracker is first class. I had a few queries which they addressed almost immediately.

Excellent piece of kit, very clear instructions as to how to set up (very simple, you just send the unit text commands).
Seller offers very personal service, I'd have no hesitation to recommend to friends and family.

I purchased a Tackle Tracker in order to review it for my Facebook page. Everything went very smoothly from asking a technical question, the order process, quick delivery and installation. The unit was very easy to install and has proven itself to be very accurate. When armed the unit send me an alarm when the tracker has moved just a couple of metres. I made contact with Andrew today not expecting a reply as it was late in the afternoon on a Sunday.
He replied within a few moments and was very helpful in talking me though the process of buying the tracker.
I am reasonably certain that if this was any other company on a Sunday I wouldn’t be able to talk to anyone till Monday at the earliest, in my opinion he is going that extra mile, a real bonus to any potential future customer.

Although the tracker has not yet been used in anger(and I hope it never will!), the set up procedure involves communication with it from your phone and the subsequent reply lets you know that they are ‘talking’ to each other. The remote fob allows you arm or disarm and gives a confirmation green or red led to let you know the state of the tracker.
I had a phone call from Andrew the day after I had asked a question on the tackle tracker Facebook page and he spent a long time explaining the pros and cons of having a hard wired or wireless version.
I decided to go with the inclusive sim package as it made sense to have a sim that covers all available networks and European cover as well.
I then made the order and it was dispatched the following day and received the next.
The instructions are quick and easy to follow. The inclusion of the smart water kit is a real bonus and again very easy to register and use.

Very very helpful. Customer service is exceptional.

Excellent product easy to set up

So far so good. Communication has been excellent, instructions easy to follow and Tracker is set up and armed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Would recommend this company any time

Had deliberated whether to get a Tackle Tracker or not for a while, but the purchase of a brand new caravan where the cost of a three year subscription to an in-built reactive Tracker was £199 made me reconsider. Took advice from Andrew at TT, and went for it at a discounted cost. So far so good; forgot to disarm the TT and within a minute had text messages warning me that the Caravan was on the move. Have set my iPhone to bypass silent mode when a text is received from the Tracker so I now keep my phone by my bed overnight, ready to receive any alerts. Proactive, not reactive is what it’s all about when it comes to Caravan security.

So helpful, even at the weekends turned up in a few days set up and ready to go
