There customer service is the best you could ever wish for. I rang up and spoke with Andrew about the tracker and he spent 15 minutes talking me through it and then arranged to meet me and show me how to set it all up 10 out of 10 many thanks Daryl & Lisa

Well what can i say. the tackle tracker is a excellent piece of equipment i cant fault it all.i must admit its better than what i thought.& the customer services is second to none.Andrew White went out of his way to help install the device & get it up & running, he went that extra mile & more.now i have never had that befor top marks for him 10/10. well im going to give the Tackle Tracker a trial run for a few weeks & i cant see i will have any problems so i will be ordering another 2 for my cars.

The service from Tackle Tracker is second to none. Received my order the following day. The one enquiry II had was dealt with the same day.
The tracker was easy to set up, and was installed and working within an hour of it being delivered.

Andrew from tackle tracker spoke to me on the phone for a good 10 / 15 mins,
with a lot of help and advice ,
at this time I had not bought a tackle tracker , but after our talk and watching the video I was convinced, I was able to pay over the phone and came the next day ,
its very easy to set up and to use ,.
and by the way the phone call from Andrew was made when he was on holiday , so yes the company tackle tracker do have the time for you for help and support .
not needed to use it yet and hope that we don't have to but for the price and piece of mind its worth it

The whole experience I would rate 10/10.
I ordered the Tackle Tracker, including SIM.
The sales process was very simple.
The delivery was exceptionally fast.
Set up was simple - all good first time round!
My test of my product was 100% correct/accurate.
The real big plus to this product is the early warning of vechicle/equipment being moved, so you can be straight on the case rather than knowing several hours, days later..... so many times you see my ???? was stolen, sometime between ??:?? & ??:??. This tracker tells you immediately.
Recommended.
