Very efficient, prompt and helpful. Thought I'd bought the wrong size, emailed and although the goods had already been dispatched was given a link for a free returns label. As it happens my boots fit perfectly! Would definitely recommend this website and product.

Everything I ordered was gorgeous. The down jacket was sent in the wrong colour initially, but they sorted it out straight away, and the correct colour was sent out to me the same day. Brilliant!

Immediate dispatch, next day delivery. Had a sizing issue with North face jacket, usually a medium in any North face, but the thermoball jacket comes up very small...called gearforgirls, they were very helpful, offered an exchange , no problems at all. It might be useful to state on the website that there is a sizing issue with these.

Ordered a Salomon race vest. Gearforgirls had run out of the one I ordered so they sent the upgraded version at no extra cost. Excellent service and the product is fab.
